On Spotify under the 'Appears On' (features) section they no longer list features in order of release year, it's ordered based on recurrent streams for the respective albums the features are on I believe?

yeah it looks so. for Rihanna for example it's: BELIEVE IT -> Loyalty -> Too Good -> Take Care -> LTWYL -> etc.

 

 

 

btw 14 hours in and 6ix9ine has +26M views already. the fact likes are so high compared to dislikes  (+2.3M likes and 160k dislikes)

I suppose this is gonna be the most watched hip-hop video in the 1st day. I think Killshot by Eminem had it with <30M views

He's still behind ROCKSTAR on AM. We also have to see how well he does on Spotify. I doubt he has a radio deal/bundles so I'm not giving him a #1 debut yet. Especially when Billboard tends to undermine YouTube streams in their calculations.

Hes not on TTH, Rap Caviar and other big playlists. Not even on New Music Friday. So wouldnt expect huge spotify numbers (first day will only be 9h aswell) I mean he'll probably get a lot of streams since the news spread on social media, but the nonexistent playlisting definitely hurts.
And yeah if he doesnt reach #1 on AM he is not going #1 i guess since he has low sales and 0 radio play aswell

Yeah 6IX9INE is flopping on Apple Music tbh. Rockstar only got 14m streams outside Spotify last week so it’s not even doing 2m daily on Apple Music. 

 

I think 6IX9INE has always been bigger on YouTube though for some reason. His first song was viral on YouTube, that Latin song he did has 1 billion on YouTube, and even FEFE has more streams on YouTube than Spotify.

 

Also bundling singles with clothes/merchandise doesn’t count for Hot 100.

I saw on Twitter his entire video is being used as an ad on YouTube, I’m not sure if that counts for anything/would disqualify some of the views? Maybe the US chart is glitching
