This is true and she meant this with love. She said Miley is talented which is also true. I really believe if Raven was skinny they would of done everything in their power to push Raven on more projects after 2007.

Multiple things can be true at the same time. Miley did work her ass off and Disney did promote her more then Raven — partially because she was a skinny younger white teen in Bush's America, and partially because Miley/Hannah sold millions of records right off the bat so the investment made more sense.
 

Raven's music never sold well despite a debut album in 2004 made by legit A-list hitmaker songwriters and producers like Scott Storch and Kara DioGuardi that none of the other Disney girls got to work with besides Hilary Duff.

Mileys just vocally stronger. Her music was better and stood the test of time. She was also holding it down for miley and hannah

Miley isn't vocally stronger than Raven. Miley just has better song writing skills and is more marketable overall.

Raven stalled for a few reasons. First her solo music sucked. She didn't go on tour with cheetah girls which didn't extend that brand. Also she was aging out of the Disney brand. 
 

add to the fact that the only non acting Disney adult thing I remember her was that low budget high school bully role she had when she played a middle age cheerleader. Honestly I was surprised Disney asked her to come back after she did the view.

Seems a little defensive with the Orlando line. How would she know what was going on in Miley's life? Also, can she sing? I tried looking it up but all I got was a very shoddy rendition of a Corrine Bailey Ray song.

Raven was more successful than the skinny white disney stars at the time (besides Hilary Duff)

 

Miley just had a lot more to offer, especially music career wise.

 

Even with Cheetah Girls and the musical segments on That's So Raven, I never viewed Raven as a singer.

She was like over 20 something at that point. They wouldn't move had her play another teenage role that old and that close to her starring on tsr. They would've moved on from her no matter if she was skinny and white cause she was aging out of Disney. They would've looked for a new teen to push. Even Brenda songs left to do other work until she came back as an adult to play a mom.
