How do you become broke if your fortune is 100 mill in cash assets? I mean, Justin is a Pisces, so he could just be sitting back spending (and doping no offense) as people take his money, but I don't understand. I didn't understand when people say Whitney was broke because of drugs. How high are the drugs (no pun intended) and how much are they smoking per day to be "broke"?  And if all his money issues can be solved by touring for the next 5 years, why isn't he?

Justin has not been able to finish a tour in over a decade, he always ends up cancelling the tour part of the way through, so it's odd to me that people keep saying he can just tour to make the money. Part of the reason that he is broke now is because of him cancelling tours and owing money to the touring promoters because of it, according to the tmz reporting. The guy is not capable of touring, period.
