I'm genuinely curious as the only other acts to do that are doing 360 stages like Ed and Metallica. I thought she does sell tickets at the side or behind the stage with obstructed views to break these records.

Swifties seem to ignore the fact that Taylor has never officially reported her numbers (for god knows reason why?), and the stats of Sofi Stadium are estimates given by her PR team to the media. It's never been verified and we don't know what the exact figures are

That's why I'm a bit confused by her attendance numbers, we know she has the biggest tour of all time and unparalleled demand either way so it's no shade. 

 

But with the Reputation tour she was doing around 55k per stadium like every other act but now she has the same attendance as concerts with 360 stages, when her stage is just as big as other acts or bigger. 

 

Im just genuinely curious how she's managed to fit 15-20k extra people in the stadiums, surely she has to be selling seats at the side or back with obstructed views that other acts are not.

Part this yes. But Sofi wasn't available at that time so we will never know 

For other stadiums there definitely was increase of 5k in every stadium,  maybe her team wasn't confident after the snake gate

 

 

Even then tho you can't drag her. Even then she had more attendance than Bey has now.
