Katy and Gaga have been on great terms for OVER TEN YEARS and even their "feud" was tongue in cheek and poking fun. Of course Katy attended the Mayhem ball, as a fellow touring pop star it would be bizarre and out of touch to not see what other shows are like, plus to BE a pop star innately suggests you're a fan of music and concerts so like... what do you expect.
