I went to see @eltonjohn perform on SNL this weekend!! WOW. I remembered when I was in high school- I snuck out of the house one night to see Elton perform live in Detroit! It was an unforgettable performance that helped me understand the transformative power of music. Seeing him perform when I was in high school changed the course of my life. I had always felt like an outsider growing up and watching him on stage helped me to understand that it was OK to be different-to stand out- to take the road, less traveled by. In fact, it was essential. Over the decades it hurt me to know that someone I admired so much shared his dislike of me publicly as an artist. I didn't understand it. I was told Elton John was the musical guest on SNL and I decided to go. I needed to go backstage and confront him. When I met him, the first thing out of his mouth was, "Forgive Me" and the wall between us fell down. Forgiveness is a powerful tool. Within minutes. We were hugging. Then he told me had written a song for me and he wanted to collaborate. It was like everything came full circle!! And you can tell everybody, This is Your Song......... Glad they worked things out. Elton was unfairly critical of Madonna and has gone back and forth on his opinion of her so glad he has apologized to her face. Edited 10 hours ago by Iaintsorry 4

discosean Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago That's nice but Elton is still dead to me. He is still a bitter old ugly untalented has been. 1
Daddy Posted 10 hours ago Posted 10 hours ago She scared that old queen and Elton immediately folded like a garden chair 6
Bubble Tea Posted 8 hours ago Posted 8 hours ago He doesn't really deserve her forgiveness but being the absolute SAINT that she is she mercifully and like a good Christian generously, charitably granted it to him. I think ultimately he was always jealous of her and wished he could have been such an enduring and powerful pop queen. Obviously he was and is incredibly successful but it was a case of ego doing that whole mainstream (gays on ATRL every day) thing of hating on the most popular popstar. 1
Soda Pop Queen Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago ch.. I guess. He'll be back to calling her a fairground stripper by next year. and please keep his rough and ugly voice away from her music. Thanks. 1
Phaunzie Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago Girl, bye. Just wait, Elton will never not be a hater.
Oktober Knight Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago I never would have forgiven him. He'll be name calling her again in the press soon. Bitter old queen.
