qurl Posted yesterday at 06:02 AM Posted yesterday at 06:02 AM theres discourse on twitter right now whether these were Houthis or just a tribal gathering regardless, there's two things to note here: this is the first admission by the US government (in Trump's original, homicidal tweet) that the Houthis have been successful at "sinking US ships", and the cost of this strike on a foreign nation we are not officially at war with ranges from hundreds of millions to potentially a billion dollars to execute. your tax dollars at work.
BrokenMachine Posted yesterday at 06:49 AM Posted yesterday at 06:49 AM But I was told Trump was pro-peace 1

MatiRod Posted yesterday at 06:50 AM Posted yesterday at 06:50 AM Part of me is disgusted such wanton death and carnage is made into a public display of power and propaganda. But part of me thinks it's a good thing. This is what power looks like. This is what it can do. People need to see it with their own eyes. Those same weapons that can kill and maim in an instant with the press of a button an ocean away could be pointed against you or I one watching this from our cozy homes one day. Images like this show us why governments need to be held accountable and democracy has to be protected, because the power enabled by modern technology and militaries is truly terrifying.

NewStanner Posted 21 hours ago Posted 21 hours ago There's something truly f*cked up and evil about him being able to just go on Twitter and post murdering people as if it's just another normal tweet 4
BGKC Posted 16 hours ago Posted 16 hours ago It's one thing to carry this act out, but to gloat about it on social with real time footage. This **** is only the beginning.

No oversight, no consequences. 1
Alongoria13 Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago (edited) I can't believe that a head of state is sharing that video, disgusting. Edited 14 hours ago by Alongoria13
loveisdead9582 Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago This is horrible. 1) What on earth makes him think that it's a good idea to post this? 2) If the "Houthis" were actually responsible for sinking US ships as he is implying, would that not have been considered an act of war? If this actually happened then we would have heard about it by now. 3) As we have seen, this doesn't seem to have been some sort of 'terrorist' meeting, but a tribal meeting - meaning he's gloating about murdering civilians and posting their deaths on his social media.
Letters From Adi Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago American politicians can't go to bed without having someone bombed the other day, regardless of the party in power
