Pretty sure that is just her original backdrop/logo thing from like 10 years ago, even before Turn of the Lights.

This is in Germany where she is from and she is the most internationally succesful German artist since Rammstein. It is not far fetched she got a wax figure.

I saw the behind the scenes of them taking the measurements and scaling her so not surprised that it came out good. Whenever a wax figure looks off, it's probably cause they couldn't get a hold of the actual celeb themselves and just base the figure on photos instead
