I'm really sick of her having no quality control and am constantly perplexed by how someone with so much musical talent can constantly put out .. crap. And yet she has demos like "Heard I Was Good" that are legit flawless and waiting to smash. lemme listen to this and report back in 5. I've been a fan of Z since I was 13 and im now 25. It's giving "None Of These Guys" in the worst way though. like these two songs are easily among the messiest / demo-esc songs in her catalog. To me, None Of These Guys perfectly represents Venus (album) in the worst way. You listen to that song once and you get an understanding for the quality (or lack there of) that you can expect on the album. unfortunately, her quality is getting worse (not better) So Good was the best produced album of her catalog, then Poster Girl, then Venus, and now this. I genuinely believe I could write better songs for her and I'm not a musician. the second verse and bridge are a very welcome surprise tho EDIT: just listened again and I'm liking it more. It's a tier above None of these guys in quality but still, I'm shocked her and MNEK listened to this and thought "it's perfect, no changes needed" I'll say this though, NOBODY can call this song generic and that's a first for Z. That's one piece of growth I can recognize (even if it needs a lot of cleaning up) 3

And she's somehow managed to make her voice (my favorite live singer ever) sound so incredibly grating consistently for about 4 years now. Hate the direction she's going with everyday that seemingly passes 1
