Charli also didn't invent using one color for branding either but Kesha using the hot pink, the single cover itself, and the album covers being changed is very reminiscent of Brat promo 1
2ne1k Posted March 25 Posted March 25 Oh wow. Excited for this. T-Pain only jumps on quality tracks 2

gettsleazy Posted March 25 Posted March 25 It would be so terrible if the drive(s) containing the master tracks of Delusional were to mysteriously vanish before the album is announced! 6
Starfish Posted March 25 Posted March 25 Atrl stanned joyride and it bombed to hell so the lot of you not enjoying this is actually a good sign 1 1 1

Also if that snippet from Twitch is real, I don't understand her decisions this era at all. But combined with my tweet promoting her, it's at 55k twitter streams, the people are waking up and loving Kesha again. and as we all know twitter likes = streaming hit, just ask Normani and Katy Perry Honestly, this sound is a lot more popular than dance pop right now. Let her try to get the GP with this quick lil single that we haven't even heard in full yet. We already know other bops are coming, so let her sell out to the straights a bit. 3
gettsleazy Posted March 25 Posted March 25 @TomTom @bearman and I always win, but never have we all won together. 6
bearman Posted March 25 Posted March 25 The straights are streaming Chappell Roan, Charli, Tate and Sabrina these days. Dance pop has never been more popular. 1

2AM Posted March 25 Posted March 25 I don't see this out streaming Joyride but I could be wrong. 🤷♂️ 1

We're talking about an independently-released track that received over 100 million streams and became a decent pop radio hit despite not even being released to radio. That's massive . Chappell and Sabrina are pop rock more or less. Tate is RnB pop. Charli is the only dance pop one and Brat was a one-off greatly boosted by the Billie feature and the Lorde drama. Nobody straight was checking for it before Guess. 3 1

Tate and Charli feel like anomalies in this current era. Chappell just released a full on country pop song and half of Sabrina's new album dabbled in country pop influences. Joyride is a very gay pop song. Radio is much more receptive to this sound right now. 3

That is a really random single artwork to pull, but sure. Friendly reminder that Charli has borrowed a ton from Kesha over the years as well. 6
jóga Posted March 25 Posted March 25 do we know an album title? I feel like it's just going to be "period." it would be a cute double entendre ig. 2
