For people reading, her team did not file the correct paperwork for the production in a timely manner, so she had no choice but to re-schedule the shows.

Visas in the US are completely stalled at the moment. I have a colleague who has to quit his job because he will no longer be allowed to work in the US in may. He's one of the most valuable people on our team, has been here for years, and he has to quit. He says the line for visa applications and renewals hasn't moved in months.

But then other fans are saying that was a common occurrence in the past. Also, where was the video apology for Prague and Berlin?

It wasn't that common - she only cancelled one show in Zurich during Magdalene. Sure, the Primavera situation two years in row could have been annoying but Eusexua wasn't out and she was clearly planning the show re album she didn't have, it was also the only appearance she had booked in these two years. Besides, who goes to a music festival in another country just to see one act  I think people are using these singular events to create a narrative that twigs has always been unprofessional

Having said all of this, Eusexua tour really seems to be cursed lol. There are barely any dates and most of them can't happen on time. I feel lucky I got to see it in London

You need a work visa if you are going to perform in front of an audience apparently. As a British national, she can enter the US without a visa, so maybe the work visa is a separate thing.
