the number of users has literally tripled since 2018, so if we adjusted it she'd be comfortably second place

the only way i can see it happen soonish is when somehow spotify will become more popular than youtube in India and some local artist will do it just based on domestic numbers.

 

other than that, if spotify will continue to grow at current pace, then someone will do it in future naturally. but it will take time
