I loved the mv!! It was giving me A24 vibes. My interpretation could be way off but I think she's displaying the brat era and the fame she garnered from it as a "walk of shame" that fuels her self hatred so she burns the billboard of herself in the end. It shows her yearning to go back to the simplicity of HIFN era.

I took that as kind of a self hatred. Blaming herself for her unrequited love. Notice the hairclip is a very hifn aesthetic, so I think it's just a nod to this song's tie to the hifn days. Another way to look at it is her maturing by burning the hifn self.

Imo the walking around in the first half was perfect, it told the story that everyone's gone home and left her alone and you could feel as she was walking that she wasn't holding it together.
