If we were a focus group, what positive suggestions would we have for how Ava could fix her career?

If Ava is a mirror, then what would we like to see reflected in her that would be compatible with her brand that she has not done yet that might prove popular?

And if we had a mood board, what would artistic concepts or direction would we place on it to form a cohesive collage of where she should head next?

We need to defend AVA.

Please everyone, stream "Lost Your Faith" (for at least 30 seconds) so we can save Ava's actual life and career.

Let us not abandon Ava like a starving newborn we can't feed or care for on the doorstep of the local church.

I love Ava Max but we were supposed to get an album last year and she restarted the era few times already. She is lost and she doesn't seem to be doing a lot of work beside posting selfies on Insta

Should she bring back the Max Cut? I feel like she has to bring out the big guns. I can't think of a bigger gun.

I think Lady Gaga poached Cirkuit and consequentially he would now rather work with her. I think this is the key reason why the production on "Lost Your Faith" veers towards guitar pop.

I can think of at least one undiscovered producer who knows melody and favors electro production and who might be good for Ava (they'd be good for each other) - at least I'd be curious to hear the results of what they cook up together.

I suspect their work would be a lot more aligned with the sonic expectations of fans, even if the production would be more retro, in the style La Roux once had.

I lost my faith in Ava when I realised she has no respect for what she has. She's a brainless robot with no original ideas of her own. She does not value past gay icons such as Madonna and Kylie by not knowing any of their songs, and she's willing to sell her soul for any sampled beat she can find. There have consistently been flashes of brilliance in her work such as Sweet But Psycho, Naked, Tattoo, Born To the Night, One of Us, Dancing's Done, Ghost etc. but I feel like now it is probably more sensible to chalk them up to her contributors than her. Her stamping her name on songwriting credits does not make her an artist. Goodbye Ava, goodbye forever.

That's certainly a strong opinion, I find it hard to believe she doesn't know any Madonna songs though.

Amanda Koci (or as we called her Amanda COCK-I) was the Regina George of my middle school. I wasn't friends with her because she was popular and I was invisible, except for during 6th period in 8th grade. We had PE together and she changed next to me in the locker room. It was arranged by last name alphabetically and mine is Koch. Anyway one day we were changing and she didn't have any deodorant, and she saw that I had some in my locker and asked to borrow it. I just told her she could keep it because by the looks of her messy, unkempt locker — she really needed it. She also smelled kinda bad and I wanted to alleviate my nostrils from the offensive odors she was emitting.

The next day at lunch, the same Dove stick that I gave Amanda Koci the day before was hurled at my head at a really hard force, and it knocked me down a flight of stairs. On the ground, out of nowhere Amanda and her minions started kicking, punching, pulling my hair, taking my clothes off — all because the guy Amanda was gunning for, Spencer Coldwater, had mentioned to his buddies that he had a crush on me and it somehow got back to Amanda. She then accused me of "stealing HER deodorant" because I was a "stalker lesbian who's obsessed with her" and all of my friends stopped talking to me for the rest of the year. The whole school thought I was some creepy lesbian who stole Amanda's deodorant stick so I could smell it and savor it and make a shrine with it or whatever the fúck version of the rumor spread. I ended up getting a severe concussion from this and I have permanent brain damage. I can only see about 50% out of my right eye, I have a verbal stutter I never had before the incident, and my right lung can only hold about 40% of what it should be able to. I've always planned to go public with my story and sue the absolute shít out of this bítch once she made her coin from the music industry — so that there'd be a healthy amount to take.

I have been waiting my whole life to share this story with a group of people I know that would actually listen and care. I am so glad this nasty piece of work is flopping into oblivion and I can't wait until she's singing in the back alley's of Orlando strip clubs because that's all this treacherous hoe will be good for five years from now.

I feel empathy for you if this is your actual lived in experience and these events are true. Are they though? Or is this some kind of drag?

No it's the truth! This girl is so evil! That all happened right before winter break, and towards the end of that same school year we had to do this state-mandated running test called the PACER, and our gym teacher had to record everyone's height and weight on the first day. This test took about a week total.  She was the teacher's "helper" on the first day because she had "twisted her ankle", but really it was so she could snap a picture of everyone's height and weight and then use it to make fun of them. She uploaded mine and a couple of others on MySpace and she and her friends made fun of how "fat and overweight" I and a couple other people were. Not to mention they made fun of our outfits and literally had a discussion on how they would turn us "ugly ducklings" into "swans".

This dumb bítch sang in every single talent show and with the audience reaction you'd think she was the second coming of Beyonce. We grew up in a small town, Hampton Roads, Virginia. She moved here when we were in 3rd grade. There weren't a lot of people and there wasn't a lot of insane talent. So someone who could kinda carry a tune and was pretty enough like Amanda was viewed like a goddess.

It makes me so happy to read that Gaga poached her producer and he's now finding so much more success with her. Schaudenfraude indeed.

Thank You for sharing your story. I must admit it's made me think somewhat differently about Ava. I need to process this in light of what I've read in your posts. I hope everything goes well for you.

Skimming through some of the posts in this thread and I don't think Ava is the one who needs support.

I don't think someone experiencing brain damage or losing 50% vision from their right eye or 10% of their right lung capacity at the hands of someone marketed as a creamy smooth pop goddess is a laughing matter. You ought to have more sympathy because you never know when the boomerang effects of this will come a knocking!

No, I'm 33, and so is Amanda "Ava". Her Wikipedia has her listed as born in 1994 but I know for a fact that's a lie because we were in the same grade. This bĩtch shaved three years off her age! I didn't even know that until I just looked it up lol but ofc she would. Sounds like something Amanda Koci would do.
