Dante Silva Posted February 9 Posted February 9 (edited) It has come to my attention that there are some homosexuals out there who don't realize that every time Ava blesses us with a new song, we're not just in the presence of greatness—we're practically in the presence of a glittering unicorn doing the cha-cha! Ask yourself, would you rather see folks like Ed Sheeran, John Mayer, and Coldplay clogging up the charts with their straight white boy nonsense, or would you prefer to rally behind a fabulous artist who's clearly a friend of Dorothy and waving a rainbow flag like it's a baton in a pride parade? As a gay person, it's morally indefensible to not throw your full support behind Ava (and Bebe). I mean, come on! Together, we can build them back up to their rightful place as the queens they are! They deserve a throne made of sequins and sparkles! No one is denying that Ava has the vocal chops that could make a cat sing in harmony or that she's out there hunting for a killer track that slaps harder than your ex when they see you thriving. So let's unite like a fabulous flash mob around these glistening diamonds in the rough, and together we can lift them up to become the queens they were born to be! Honestly, there's no way you can justify being gay without an appreciation for Ava and her supreme talents. So, if you don't support Ava through this storm, are you even authentically a homosexual, or just a confused tourist in the land of fabulousness? To recap: Versus actual sh*te like this: Which path do you choose? (and let the force be with you). Edited February 9 by Dante Silva 1
Daglazzo Posted February 9 Posted February 9 I mean.. you realize not every gay person likes glitter and unicorns?

JO1s Posted February 9 Posted February 9 I feel betrayed. I am one of the few fans who has dared to stick around after years of hopeful anticipation… maybe she'd finally release a serve after so many bombs… her career is teetering on the edge of a cliff, you'd think she'd do something to cling to relevancy, right? Nope. Seven years of stanning this talentless husk of a person and it culminates in Lost Your Faith. It serves absolutely no purpose except to cement her status as a flailing pop has-been. I'm struggling to understand why she made this song and thought this would be the one to enable her to release her next album. Did anyone ever listen to Ava Max's music to have some sort of religious epiphany? Did anyone listen to Sweet But Psycho and draw comparisons to the life of Jesus Christ? Did anyone ever walk into church and think that the congregation needed to hear Sleepwalker? No. I think the past year has shown that her entire career was carried by Cirkut and Madison Love. Cirkut traded up and is now working with Gaga and Ava is locked in the studio with these uninspired hacks who create utter drivel. I seriously need her to get back onto Cirkut's cock so that she can at least be creative via the seminal fluids he's ejaculated into her. The song does sort of feel like it encapsulates her career, actually. It's zero energy, has no emotional depth and no creative ambition. It's so ordinary. So normal. So forgettable. Not to mention her voice on this song sounds like it is the sonic equivalent of arthritis - she sounds tired and bored and lazy. Even the thought of serving just once is probably tiring enough to send her on another vacation where she floods our Instagram pages with the same shameless posts of her in a white tank top with her nipples protruding through the shirt. The chorus is okay. It's an obvious attempt to recreate the moderate success of her past songs… but when it comes down to it… it's the same electric guitar riff that only got her a top 40 hit once. And in a world where Kim Petras can get a hit, that isn't exactly anything to brag about. I'm just so frustrated with her. How can she call herself an "artist" when she has no substance to anything that she does… her mind is just completely blank. There's no creativity or intelligence, let alone anything as inspiring or as personal as introspection. I think we as fans (not that there are many of us left at this point) should be ashamed of ourselves for enabling this behaviour. Why are we stanning the musical equivalent of a silent fart? Ava Max is officially over. There, I said it. It's time to say goodbye. See you on Skid Row, Ava. I'll know it's you from that ******* ugly fried hair you will always have. 1

Kh-Loud Posted February 9 Posted February 9 I heard her real age is like 50 or something. Not trying to be sexist, but it's over for her if it hasn't popped off yet 2

Dante Silva Posted February 9 Author Posted February 9 Just imagine for a moment, a future in which she has lost her record contract? I can't imagine anyone here would want that to happen! Who else would serve vocals and basic bops with such regularity?

Ava Max is officially over. There, I said it. It's time to say goodbye. See you on Skid Row, Ava. I'll know it's you from that ******* ugly fried hair you will always have. I've listened to this twice, and honestly, I can't get enough. I feel amazed. I am one of the dedicated fans who has stood by Ava Max through the years, through every era, through every reinvention. And you know what? It's always been worth it. With Lost Your Faith, she's proving once again that she's not just here to follow trends—she's here to make them. Seven years of stanning this powerhouse, and it culminates in Lost Your Faith—a track that feels bold, unapologetic, and refreshingly different. It's not just another pop song; it's an evolution, a statement. Ava has never been afraid to experiment, to push her sound into new territories, and this song is proof that she's still in the game. She could've played it safe, but she chose ambition. She chose artistry. People might not have expected Ava to take a conceptual turn, but isn't that what makes an artist truly great? Pop music has always been about reinvention, and Ava has found a way to channel deeper themes into her signature sound. It's not just about making music to chart; it's about making music that resonates. And let's talk about that chorus—it's soaring, anthemic, and completely infectious. A callback to what made her great in the first place but with a fresh twist. That electric guitar riff? That's confidence. That's knowing your strengths and owning them. Ava's voice? Stronger than ever. She doesn't need to prove anything anymore—she's cemented her place. Her vocals carry an intensity that feels more mature, more refined. And yes, she's still the queen of effortless hooks that get stuck in your head for days. I know some people underestimate her, but time and time again, Ava Max has shown that she's a fighter. She's still here, still making music, still giving us moments to dance to, cry to, and celebrate. So instead of tearing her down, let's give credit where it's due—she's working, she's creating, she's evolving. Ava Max isn't going anywhere. She's just getting started.
