Ketamine infusions literally helped a loved one of mine who had severe depression/suicidal ideations for years. They had been on a plethora of different medications, seen several different mental health professionals, and the ketamine infusions were seen as a "last resort" treatment. They ended up being the most effective.

yes only the esketamine isomer is used in the nasal sprays, but they are pretty much the same thing

This does WONDERS! I was not able to afford the nasal spray back in my country but I had the infusions and it literally SAVED ME. The only thing that truly worked for me.
