I understand that this "Regional" genre is what's being most popular now in Mexico.

 

But, I totally not see "Beli Beli K" continue doing more regional songs. That does not fit her very well.

 

And who is the guy, I agree with comments that his voice is so so bad.

His voice is a choice , but I guess this is what the GP likes?? I'm into this new era and really want her to pull off combining the regional/pop sounds in one album. I wonder if she's following Shakira's latest rollout strategy with like 8 singles prior to the album launch. If so, we may still have some time to go

In all seriousness, I gotta give it to her and her team. They jumped right on the trend so at least they tried or are trying.

 

However, this is a no from me. "Cactus" was cute cause at least it tried to fusion the two genres (pop and corridos), but what are we doing here?

 

• It's been one year from Cactus, we are 6 (SIX) singles in and not even an album annoucement? How many songs left? Are all corridos? 
• People are not here for Beli Belika, let's be honest. The only song that made numbers was 300 Noches, thanks to the feature. This one will probably do numbers too, thanks to that guy. Can you imagine waiting 10+ years for her comeback and all she does is corridos? So she went a totally different, unauthentic route and still flopping? Hang it up.
• Can she stop with the fake accent she's been doing? Its grating and annoying, she even did in Jackpot...

Ok rant over. Time to stream "Bella Traicion" to cleanse my ears.

Waiting 10 years for his comeback and focusing only on "corridos tumbados" is a very bad strategy on his part, since he is losing his audience. And the response to this song has been quite negative, if it is successful it is because of the general public in Mexico but his fans do not want this style of music anymore.
