I watched her documentary and she seemed to have a mental decline 100% , I don't think she's well

Just listened to the Don Lemon interview and people are really exaggerating how she sounds. Yeah, she says "You know what I'm saying?" a lot but other than that she sounds totally coherent and lucid. Definitely not incapacitated or impaired to the level that the guardian has been saying which is concerning.

Maybe she feels misunderstood and is being made to doubt herself, like she's being gaslit into thinking her thoughts don't make sense.

 

You're right, though, she did repeat it a lot. But when she talks, it does make sense. It's a strange situation, honestly.

Maybe she goes in and out of her symptoms? Because that video from a few months ago, she was very different.

Obviously her condition (chronic illness/substance abuse) has deteriorated a bit since the conservatorship, but the press pieces claiming she had dementia and was basically incapacitated were obviously put out there to continue to justify keeping her captive. At some point in this situation you start to have a chicken/egg scenario and the same happened with Britney.

Guardianship is just a legal way to steal someone's money while they are still alive. 

Look, most celebs who have been placed under guardianship that we know of do suffer from some sort of addiction or mental health issues BUT that does not make it an excuse to lock them up. As long as someone isnt a threat to another person's life, let them be FREE. We dont lock everyone up who has some mental health issues do we? We let ppl live independently and if something horrible happens to them it is what it is. Forced guardianship needs to be abolished FULL STOP.

Anyone with a pair of functioning ears can tell she's not okay - she keeps repeating herself and sounds completely confused. There's no doubt she's in a stressful situation, and I'm sure that affects the way she expresses herself. but still, I don't believe she's okay.

I hope her health improves and that, eventually, she'll have control over her life again. no one deserves to feel isolated or trapped.
