KingWitch Posted Thursday at 09:08 PM Posted Thursday at 09:08 PM How are they even able to do this ? I fear by the time she's released all her accounts will be empty and no one will be held accountable.

bjorn Posted Thursday at 09:25 PM Posted Thursday at 09:25 PM She's never said "you know what I'm saying" like this before? 3
Pikachoo Posted Thursday at 09:26 PM Posted Thursday at 09:26 PM she sounds even worse here than in her breakfast club interview... she needs to be under the care of her family, not locked in a cell, but she clearly has some mental cognitive decline.
Pud Posted Thursday at 09:26 PM Posted Thursday at 09:26 PM I hate to say it, but I do not believe she is well… This conservatorship still reeks though
Popular Post allforyou Posted Thursday at 09:31 PM Popular Post Posted Thursday at 09:31 PM She also spoke to the Breakfast Club and it's pretty obvious that she doesn't have dementia. The part where she started crying is really sad. 3 minutes ago, Pikachoo said: she sounds even worse here than in her breakfast club interview... she needs to be under the care of her family, not locked in a cell, but she clearly has some mental cognitive decline. 3 minutes ago, Pud said: I hate to say it, but I do not believe she is well… She has been locked in a facility against her will for 3 years, is rarely allowed to leave it and can barely see her family… I think anyone under these circumstances would not be mentally well from all the emotional abuse. 9 8
P.O.P Posted Thursday at 09:35 PM Posted Thursday at 09:35 PM Even if she needs guardians, where is her adult son? Why is a rando her guardian? 4

Unfortunately, I agree. I think this interview had less guardrails than The Breakfast Club so it's is a little bit more apparent. This is definitely an improvement to when we last heard from her in the Lifetime documentary but for the people saying she is 100% fine or back to normal it is just not true. I don't believe she should be held prisoner in this facility but I'm not sure releasing her to her family is right either. I mean, where were they when she was living on her own and drinking herself to death? She needs some kind of actual care in place. Edited Thursday at 09:37 PM by Scheissex

I have watched countless hours of her show and this is not true. In the two interviews today it sounded like she was stuck on a loop and had rehearsed talking points. She said "you know what I'm saying" countless times. And as soon as Don would throw her anything that wasn't a complete softball question, she deflected to her niece.
Trash Posted Thursday at 09:41 PM Posted Thursday at 09:41 PM (edited) Of course she sounds distressed, she's basically in prison. While she may need special care, its clear that conservatorships are inhuman and abusive specially if the conservatee is a wealthy person they can take advantage of. Popular Post ChooseyLover Posted Thursday at 09:44 PM Popular Post Posted Thursday at 09:44 PM (edited) I only watched the Breakfast Club vid and you can tell she's NOT mentally or speech impaired. She can properly express herself and argument complicated thoughts, she's reasoning all the time, she excels at sarcasm, irony, jokes... She's Wendy. Of course she's going through it (who wouldn't?) but she doesn't deserve to live this way, there's no reason why she should. It's #FreeWendy all the way. Trash Posted Thursday at 09:45 PM Posted Thursday at 09:45 PM "Why does this woman want to have Wendy on a guardianship?" Are people really that dumb?
Bumba Posted Thursday at 09:46 PM Posted Thursday at 09:46 PM People denying she's mentally impaired have a case of severly delulu
MAKSIM Posted Thursday at 09:49 PM Posted Thursday at 09:49 PM (edited) There's a difference between being in a mental decline and being forced to a conservatorship that is managed by attorneys/banks for complete incompetence. Listening to the interviews, it's clear she does NOT need the later. Edited Thursday at 09:50 PM by MAKSIM 4 2

She clearly explained there are potential legal ramifications and consequences the guardian can enact in her personal life, such as taking her phone, based on what she says. "You know what I'm saying" is essentially her asking the listener to read between the lines of what she's trying to convey. Regardless of the status of her personal health or mental agility - anyone that actually believes or claims this system where your life is signed away to a random stranger & you can be prevented from seeing your own family, is just absolutely ridiculous, cruel & corrupt. Nothing about this multi-billion dollar conservatorship-industry scam is ethical or primarily invested in wellbeing. It's a rort. 5
