She simply said that the pictures coming from that burned down area look like they're coming from a war torn country, which honestly they do, it's nothing but rubble. She did not compare the obviously completely different situations in any other way?

 

And I understand she's been misinformed about Israel in the past, but given how she talked about Gaza here, I feel like she wouldn't if she still thought Israel was the victim? I don't know, I guess it doesn't fit the narrative.
