Dante Silva Posted January 8 Posted January 8 (edited) There were old religions that preceded Christianity. Paganism is a broad term that encompasses a variety of spiritual and religious beliefs that are generally polytheistic and nature-based, often rooted in ancient traditions. It includes many different paths and practices, such as Wicca, Heathenry, and various folk religions. Druidism, on the other hand, is a specific spiritual path within the broader category of paganism. It draws inspiration from the ancient Celtic priests known as Druids, focusing on nature, the elements, and the reverence of ancestors. While all Druidic practices can be considered pagan, not all pagans identify as Druids. This is an approximation and a channeling of how the music of that time period in human history sounded: Edited January 8 by Dante Silva
James_Joint Posted January 8 Posted January 8 No. If he even existed, he must have been a charming, narcissistic, cult leader type of guy who managed to convince people that he was some superhero. I mean, people in 2025 still believe in the Bible, so imagine what you could convince people of back in the biblical times. 1

byzantium Posted January 8 Posted January 8 I know he certainly "rose" when Mary Magdalene came around. I'm not sure about the whole story, but I guess if her ***** was good enough, she might have been able to rise someone from the dead. Never underestimate the power of a woman.
Mke1979 Posted January 8 Posted January 8 Why of course, and Santa Claus is also real if you believe! .....lol 2

Comedor Posted January 8 Posted January 8 Coming back from the dead? Is this Raccoon City? I find that very hard to believe, same for the parting sea and walking on water. My understanding is that Jesus was a real living person with lots of influence, but his life story is mix of reality and fantasy.

BlondGuts Posted January 8 Posted January 8 I think Jesus was a real person but I dont think he rose from the dead. Think about how many people had mental illnesses back in the day that no one knew anything about. Hell, glasses didn't even exist 2000 years ago. Some legally blind person probably saw a tomb thief leaving that cave he was laying in for all we know and that's how it all could have started. It's just not realistic.
Avrileon Posted January 8 Posted January 8 I don't know about him, but what I know is that Taylor does actually rise from the dead (and she does it all the time)

Delusional like the typical meth head walking down the street. And unfortunately some people heard those delusions and thought it was lit. But then he started saying it's a sin for a guy to **** another guy. So all the closest home essentials beat his ass and threw him up on that cross and said, when Jesus say yes, EVERYONE says NO. And since then people really think he had it like that when he was actually just an unstable flop. It's crazy how that works. He wanted to be like the Luigi of that time but he just didn't have what it takes. He was more like the Lori Vallow of that time. All bark and no bite.
