What do you mean "why"? I would guess it's because it's January 7th and we haven't yet reached the date she plans to announce the album. Is that hard to figure out?

The album is done, she only included DWAS according to the LA times interview. 

 

She already has 2 gigs planned around her new record (Coachella and Copacabana), and must be rehearsing for that already (and possibly a world tour). There is literally no time to "redo" an album in less than a month, after having Interscope CEO calling it " spectacular" and Gaga saying on Instagram she already has a lot in store.

 

At least try to make sense of these delusions instead of spreading nonsense.

It's so clear that Gaga is fueled by success. She's been making adult contemporary music for years now because it's what gets her the most acclaim and success. She seemed very excited for her new pop record until Disease flopped and now we're a month away from the album and she's radio silent. She's no longer committed to her "arts not the charts" shtick and it's really sad. The album will flop and she'll inevitably go back to the sound that the GP wants which, as a long time stan, I resent!

Y'all, the sing is about dying with a smile, and its leagues better than Dope and Careerless. The album is going to be god. This will probably just be a bonus track, along with maybe a rihmix (standard label fare for smash standalones). It's really not that serious. Now, if she DOES push it back and redoes the whole thing to appease her HAC stans, I will ******* kms.

The video is very sweet.

 

Musically it doesn't make sense for Die with a Smile to be on the album since it's so different from Disease, but since it's such a big hit while the original lead single is already on its way out on radio and only managed to become a minor hit it makes sense commercially to add DWAS on the record.

With that said, as others have posted I wouldn't be surprised if she's restructuring the album to go more in DWAS' direction.
