Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck's marriage is officially over.

 

They reached a divorce settlement, nearly five months after she filed in August 2024.

 

According to court documents obtained by E! News, Jennifer and Ben both agreed uncontested to the terms of her initially filing, which proposed that they walk away with whatever earnings they individually acquired during their two-year marriage.

 

Additionally, the former couple waived providing future spousal support to each other and Jennifer's last name of "Lopez" will be restored after she had it legally changed to "Affleck" following their 2022 wedding.

 

Jennifer filed for divorce from Ben on August 20, 2024, exactly two years after they married at his home in Georgia, citing their separation date at April 26, 2024. They first married in July 2024 in Las Vegas.
