holyground13 Posted Monday at 06:04 PM Posted Monday at 06:04 PM Not him saying "no were not making fun of you! we think you're just that iconic!" and then being like "it's [actually] mi gente latina!" and getting her to fill in the blanks messy but iconic. She looks fantastic here, this hair, make up and outfit really suit her.

Bloodflowers. Posted Monday at 06:40 PM Posted Monday at 06:40 PM Doesn't mi gentle mean my people? So why are they latinas and not latinos? 2 1
Paparazzaid Posted Monday at 06:52 PM Posted Monday at 06:52 PM That was a messy ass interview omg Also, it reminded me of when Shakira said "mi gente latino... americana" that was so funny too 3

Katy.Kat.23 Posted Monday at 11:35 PM Posted Monday at 11:35 PM Her late in life business venture should really be a media training firm. These new girls could learn a thing or two about not being bothered by negative press
ChooseyLover Posted Monday at 11:44 PM Posted Monday at 11:44 PM (edited) As a philologist interested in teaching Spanish as a second language, I can confirm grammatical gender kicks everyone's asses, it's a little bit twisted. You can only fully dominate it with practice, there isn't any rule/explanation that can apply to everything. That sentence is truly iconic, I use it all the time knowing it's wrong. modeblock Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago Maybe it did start off making fun of her, but it's so cute and iconic, and she's taken it so well, that it's lowkey now part of her brand, in a good, humanizing type of way. It's her "I don't know her." 2
