Gracie Abrams is on the verge of surpassing Olivia Rodrigo. Shocked?

Do you agree that Gracie is officially a MPG now? Honestly I'm shocked by this news. That she got so many monthly listeners from only Taylor association and two hits. Jesus!

unfortunately sometimes talent loses

One is actually talented with hits to back it up :bird:

Monthly listeners is a meaningless metric, but Olivia's numbers being that "low" is more surprising to me than the numbers for the tiktok singer :rip:

No, one currently has a hit, the other does not, that is it.

Not monthly listeners again

Nobody knows who Gracie is and tbh most people don't know who Chappell is neither. They are not on the MPG level.

From the new girls the only ones truly known by the GP are Sabrina, Olivia and Billie.

why is monthly listeners bs? isn't it a measure many artists tend to care about a lot? i remember billie bragging about it recently

The problem with it is that you only need one massive hit (That's So True) and you will skyrocket up that list, because most people be listening to it right now.

Well Lorde needs to stop birthing girls if the results are Gracie Abrahams'

Atrl often likes to pretend that monthly listeners is directly shows who is "bigger" which often is not a strong correlation.   It's meaningful in some ways but not in the way ATRl will generally use it.

Let's see if she can get the same streams of SOUR first

the results are also Chappell Roan & Sabrina Carpenter, which you're also using a gif of. sometimes you can't control your children.

Monthly listeners don't mean sh*t.

Olivia hasn't released new material in almost 2 years and Gracie has a viral track rn (for some reason) so obviously hers would be higher.

I dont see this Gracie girl honestly lasting long tbh.

Neither of those artists have any songs that sound like Lorde. Be serious.
