• Suing Kendrick for losing a rap battle which is the ultimate sign of disrespect in a genre and shows he can dish heat but can't take it back

It makes no sense that he's supposedly the most successful male artist ever with the best charting stats, but he only has 1 solo tour over $100M. Only one of his tours has even grossed over $200M and he needed two other headliners.

PF2 did better than any other 5th album by a female rapper... in fact, most female rappers are struggling to even release 5 albums so for the standards of the genre it did well and she even managed to get a solo number 1 single. And how is her touring in the toilet when she just finished the biggest tour of her career and sold 700k tickets? I'm not saying she's a touring giant but clearly there was enough demand for her to gross 100M+, which is far from a disaster. 

 

Nobody said Drake is 'the most successful male artist ever' but yes, his Spotify numbers overshadow everyone including Taylor Swift that y'all claim to be the biggest artist of all time so... the numbers don't lie. nobody cares about these little beefs outside of twitter. he's still outstreaming Kendrick despite Kendrick 'winning' the beef.

 

and I say this as someone who dislikes pretty much all of Drake's music so I'm not viewing him through stan goggles, it's just interesting how y'all will delude yourselves into thinking someone is a flop because a few gay stan accounts on twitter said so.

Because let's be honest…I personally NEVER thought a biracial Degrassi actor turned rapper would actually win over Black culture + become as big as he did.  Like we need to respect the hustle, if nothing else. 
 

People just hate Drake now because it's popular to hate him.  People love to bandwagon. What's new? 

 

I do think he got a little ahead of himself…he didn't really stay in the lane he created (lover boy, R&B/Pop/Rap mix).  He really started to think he was street…and someone called him on it. 
 

But if he continued with his original lane…none of this would've been a thing, imo.  
 

So yes, partially his fault…but mostly people love to bandwagon.  
 

Drop the lawsuits, record a party anthem album w/ some crossover joints…BOOM back on track.  But idk if his ego will allow him to get out his own way.  We'll see.

Because he is fake and a horrible human lol. He has done enough people dirty behind the scenes that they are ready to air him out. The "nice guy" persona is only an act for when he wants something from you. Also, all he does is promote degeneracy and align himself with the worst human beings he can find. His music (which has been declining for years) is finally starting to get overshadowed by his antics and everyone has had enough. That "Surviving Aubrey" documentary is gonna be the final nail in the coffin.

He was like able for like a decade and a half. Due to meme culture, he blew up. Tie that in with very commercial pop rap and the poster boy for the 2010's during the peak of Hip hop. He kinda had it all, but people see through his corny gimmicks, and over saturated music flooding the streaming platforms. You can't stay on top forever. Kendrick took the perfect opportunity to take him down a level…. I just don't think even Drake expected the beef to hurt his reputation as much as it did. Lmfao

He's not a good person, and his music isn't good. People call Taylor the McDonald's of Pop, but I think Drake fits that description even more.
