Are people still not over the fact that gays do it from the "back door?"

Do any of y'all still run into people that are STILL not with the idea of gays do "back door" sex? I've thought about this for some time & with anti-LGBT sentiments on the rise lately, I'm surprised that this rhetoric hasn't found its way back from the 00's dustbin & into the mainstream (universe forbid :biblio:).

I think what's triggering this for me is a reaction vid of Andrew Shulz making fun of black women where in a clip, he made an unsolicited comment on not ever letting another man into his "poop-chute." I don't wanna give him any promo here & I don't even remember the particular video. I normally don't let what str8s say get to me, but that kinda had me wondering how many str8s (both men & women) really still have those thoughts (whether intrusive or not tbh) of us .

And I know some str8s get into backdoor sex & there's a lot of that in str8 porn, but in real life, there not a lot str8 females that would be down with that. They don't even find it comfortable a lot of times.

Have you seen/heard this type of sentiment on the rise? Has anyone ever made a slight about you being a gay that does "back door" stuff? I'm hoping to universe that this does NOT find its way into public discourse as part of rising anti-LGBT sentiments :biblio:

I prefer windows, sneaking men in through them is more scandalous.

Why do gay people still care about what straight people think? Gay people will never be fully accepted by straight people.

It's not necessarily about caring about what str8s think. It's moreso what toxic rhetorics are they going to propel about us next all over X and Tiktok (which might not be a problem anyway if it shuts down) that would further spread disdain about our community & make things worse which is the last thing we need right now tbh. If we've learned anything from the past 4 years, it, hopefully, is to nip certain rhetorics in the butt (literally) before it gets out.

If anything, I feel like it's gotten worse. I see so many straight people on TikTok make jokes about gay sex.

Yesterday I was in a museum and these three alt-right men next to me were complaining about 'gay ****' being everywhere now and that it's too pushed down their throats, even though ALL examples they gave were of private institutions they willingly entered :skull:

Then they said how, even though they had never been to Pride, they 'heard' it was just one big orgy and they didn't understand why the government would allow people to have sex on the streets

So yeah, framing of our community is largely out of our control. We could be the most uppity straight people and they would still find a way to demonize and sexualize us, do don't worry about what str8 people think

This reminds me of that one video where a "teacher" in Nigeria (I think) told literaly children that gay men eat the sh*t of the other one during sex and they were all shocked and disgusted so yeah. And joking about gay sex, like another user said, is still super common. This will not get better soon I fear. But I don't want anything to do with people that think that way either way so...

The real question is why do people care about what other people do behind closed doors?

Gay people are continuously joked about online. A guy could say another guy is handsome, and a ton of gay jokes will follow with calling the person gay for saying that. Gay people are used as insults. If a guy says something negative about a woman, she will immediately call him gay or say only a gay man would think that. Gay men are also used as the fault for all of straight men's issues. If a straight man is homophobic, he has to be gay. If a straight man is misogynistic, he's also accused of being gay.

It will never end, so yeah there will be no appeasing straight people. No matter the situation gay people will always be the joke or the scapegoat.

The key is to live fearlessly, I think, at this point. It's 2025. It's time to just get on with it. Sure, they'll say ****, but just keep on being you. It's the ultimate rebellion. I hope you all have a WONDERFUL 2025, full of back doors opening!

I don't really care what people think about my door nor do I care about what others do with their doors whether its to enter, exit only or if their door is overly used and broken. Not really my business really.

Nothing has changed in that regard, people still find it disgusting and it's their go-to insult but only when two men do it. Because, see when a woman is willing to do anal it's hot and totally different, not a poop chute etc

These sentiments never went away though. I used to be very hurt/offended when I'd catch someone saying that but ultimately I realized there's nothing I can do to change their minds. They view us as nothing more than sexual beings who do "backdoor stuff" as if there's nothing else to a gay person than their libido. I'm not willing to argue with monkeys like that anymore.

Straight guys are more obsessed with two guys having sex than gay men

1. Straight people have anal sex too with both men and women being the receptive individuals. They are just not ready for that conversation.

2. Not all gay men like/practice anal sex and that is perfectly okay. Gays are not ready for that conversation either.

The amount of questions I get from straight people about sex is so fascinating to me

I don't really think about it :biblio: I mean even some girls like it from behind :biblio:

I mean if the PP and poop coming from the same hole I kinda NOT want to think about that

Tbh the only people I see doing these jokes are people from religious poor countries or very ignorant american MAGAS for example that also don't have access to education

Maybe teens with japanesse cartoons in their avis in tik tok that speak broken english or have some islamic bs in the bio

In conclusion let the trash take itself

I haven't heard a person with education say anything about gay sex in my life

If someone close to you makes these jokes maybe you are in the wrong place?
