@Communion good sis this one's for you

Sister, I can like 100% guarantee you that you have enjoyed far more economic privilege than I.

This caricature of leftism as some product of the comfortable is literally itself produced by the affluent and privileged.

If you wanna talk about "right wing" views, this IDPOL meant to obscure class interests doesn't work anymore. In what ways do qualifiers like "Ex-Muslim Asian immigrant," for example, say anything inherently about class? It's giving the "polycule hijabi" meme. What's to say any of these identities prevent the person they're describing from being a privileged, upper-class reactionary? Only a looney lib would suggest race determines class, no? Much more likely to be a reactionary than a communist when having rich parents. :celestial5:

The insane **** you've posted about as your priorities let's me know you're far too privileged with too much free time. Arguing poor Americans should be more concerned with "battling Islan" than raising the minimum wage. :rip: Typical affluent liberal nonsense whether American-born or from elsewhere.

See - the user you're quoting previously arguing that poor people deserve to die because M4A is not a priority. :rip:

stds, unwanted pregnancy that puts women at maternal risk, potential violence from the men hiring them.

These might be considered societal but human trafficking and exploitation are the top of it

Prostitution is naturally risky

i'm sorry but you are literally insane if you think is the same that a regular worker doing 9-5

Can people not acquire bacterial/viral infections from a 9-5 job? Do 9-5 workers not encounter violence in their workplace? Are people also not trafficked and exploited to work for pennies on the dollar for manual labor?

Again, you are not taking your arguments outside of societies view of the human body being inherently sexual and immoral.

Yea okay whatever sure, while we wait for a solution from the Republican majority in the US Senate that doesn't even want kids getting free school lunches, sure go ahead, and encourage women working at their minimum wage jobs to keep letting their situationships hit it raw. Ultimately, this **** doesn't affect me but sure, lets create shitty environments for children to suffer through.

Like you want a solution? Use a condom, get your tubes tied. Like this isn't even worth arguing about.

And yet, that requires adequate sex education and access to birth control at no/low cost. So again we are back to requiring interventions from the government or other organizations.

No one is "encouraging women working at their minimum wage job to keep letting their situationships hit it raw." This conversation was brought up by a user abhorring poor people from procreating, while also complaining about being called pro-eugenics. If your goal ultimately is not to uphold classist and eugenics beliefs, one should assume you would offer tangible solutions to an issue you have.

Stating "Let's create shitty environments for kids to suffer through" while flippantly suggesting poor people get their tubes tied and just leads one to believe you don't actually care about trying to help fix an issue.

Since this thread evidently is about any random tangentially political thought and not what the title asks judging from the replies, my mildly off topic response would be that many people on the internet don't know the meanings of the politically charged words they love to use (including but not limited to: left/right wing, liberal, conservative, communist, fascist, and many more).

For those people, it might be a better option to simply skim and downvote without commenting like some others already do.

Trump wasn't incorrect when he said that that Mexican immigrants are taking "black jobs".

This doesn't mean I support him or deporting immigrants. Pls don't get it twisted.

"They take the jobs nobody else wants to do" is a very outdated argument, since they don't just work in fields and construction sites.

They're performing skilled labor for less pay in warehouses, manufacturing plants, etc. These low-barrier entry jobs have historically been held by Black Americans. As someone who lives in California and worked with immigrants, I've witnessed this first hand.

Does anyone remember when ICE busted a warehouse in Mississippi that was employing immigrants, and black people were literally lined up outside hoping to get a job? Think about that. :toofunny2:

I support school choice, mixed on banning guns, and I think we need to be a little tougher on immigration.

If your culture promotes things like misogyny, child abuse, homophobia and environmental destruction then I don't have to respect it.

My secret controversial right wing opinion is.............LovePuppy-Female.thumb.gif.fcf6ce05f66d2

We Latinos We belong to the Americas.
Like 70% of us have strong Native American ancestry—this is our land by default.
So many of our customs-food-traditions are linked to them like tamales :gaycat2:
So, when people tell us to leave it makes me angry. Leave what? My continent? Go back where? :gaycat5:
We've been here for 20,000 to 100.000 years, settling across North, Central, Caribbean and South America.

What about you? How long have your people been here? 400-600-700 years?
20,000-100.000 years versus 400-600 Years—whos the winner here. Lets do math  :gaycat5:

My mother's surname is actually Indigenous, so im linked to this landform

Yep, Mexico is mine. Brazil is mine.  Colombia is mine, Paraguay is Mine.
The Caribbean is mine. California is mine. New York State is mine. Wyoming is Mine.  The Canadian Rockies are mine. The jaguars and the racoons
All the forests, all the sand—they're all mine. Mio mio. Todo es mio.

  • Families who continue to have children, knowing they cannot afford children, should not be entitled to benefits & the children should be taken away.
  • Rich people should not have realistically more than one, or two children, anything more is excessive.
  • Mentally ill people with severe schizophrenia, psychosis, etc. who kill people should not be allowed/free from mental institutions at all and should be mandated to spend the rest of their time in a psychiatric institution.
  • Gay men who have sex with multiple partners without protection or PrEP are selfish assholes.
