Can she do this with a more optimised 11-13 track album? Her recent efforts are like bloated just to get the highest launch day/week numbers

This is a streaming thread. No one cares about physical sales accumulated via 36 versions.

And this is a #1 in most of the year thread, not a Sabrina and Billie one yet here you are

the way none of the artists on the tweet are new :bibliahh:

It's almost impossible to get to #1 without multiple albums in your siscography

Thankfully it can only go downhill from here. Looking forward to it and the inevitable meltdowns by Swifties. We've seem it happening with other "untouchable" stars and their fanbases before, Swifties, you are NEXT! :fan:

Oh the threads that will pop open everywhere will be glorious :fan:

But congratulations to Swift for a remarkable year - the most revenue despite releasing a GARBAGE album.

Some girls have been flopping for nearly a decade but have the most arrogant fanbase around. We'll be fine

And yet, each and every one of her 31 most recent songs exited the top 200. She is starting to become cute for a throwback, I suppose.

Yeah sure, because having quick lil hit singles is SO MUCH more important than having your entire albums being consumed right? Trust me this is not the winning argument you think it is. If anything it makes her accomplishments even more impressive :ahh:

You are so obsessed with her :rip:

Nothing you say and no emotes you add can justify the fact that she has no songs charting from her most recent album when not even a year passed by. We are talking about the proclaimed music industry here. You guys keep on setting her up.

Billie also has 36 versions of her latest album (but you don't care when it's her of course) yet she's NOWHERE NEAR close to 7M. But sure keep finding weird excuses to cope :coffee2:

Isn't it funny how stanbases of people who haven't had a single SOLO hit or any hit single at all for years are being so cocky and confident while Taylor hasn't had a single flop era in almost 20 years of career? And yet they still act as if she's some new pop girl who could flop and be forgotten at any moment, it's so WEIRD. Literally no other female pop star in history has had the same standards those people have for Taylor :toofunny2:

Her "flopping" will equal the current sales/streams of the rest of the MPG.

Thats how massive she is right now.

Everybody starts flopping one day, no one thinks that Taylor is going to be an exception. It won't matter because she's already so far ahead that no one is going to touch her anyway.

And besides, unlike other fanbases, you will rarely find a mention of "other girls" in Taylor threads, unless there's some kind of bullshit rivarly that most sane people ignore anyway. There are no boatmates to compare her to, and even if we talk about her surpassing Madonna one day (which I'm fine with, no one works as hard as these 2 besides Bey), there are no shady comments, no attempts to erase her legacy, just healthy competition. So yeah, she will start flopping one day but it will never be as embarassing as you imagine. Definitely no reatroactive lead singles :sistrens:

Glad she's been laying lowe since the tour wrapped, or at least I think she is.

Maybe second half of the year she will start back up again.

She damn deserves a break!
