She's literally just existing during summer (where she lives), let her be   Also, the things she's said about how Solar Power was received definitely make me think she's changing it up.  Each of her albums is different from each other

It needs to be a great album for us to have that conversation.  

 

There are some cute songs (California, Secrets from a Girl, Mood Ring, and Stoned at the Nail Salon), but the album as a whole is meandering and drab.
