The nepobaby convo is directly linked to the current state of the world. Most young people, even from above average backgrounds and developped economies, are working internships for low wages, buried in student loan debt and can barely afford to rent a semi-decent apartment with a roommate. So, it's hard not to envy people who find every door open struggle-free, especially if they're getting into fields that are notoriously difficult to enter, like the music industry.
