My understanding is that their reasoning for this is to attract more women into nightclubs since there are more men than women at "straight" nightclubs. It's ridiculous.

I went to a popular gay nightclub in San Jose California last Saturday night called SPLASH and the amount of straight women in there was insane

Welp ,just goes to show that just because your intentions are good doesn't mean it won't lead to negative outcomes,the way these people are now abusing laws meant to protect oppressed groups is just maddening to see .
