No, it isn't. :rip: The way you just watched the other Swiftie get dragged for lying and you thought "hey, I'm threatened enough to do the same!" :toofunny3:

OT: Amazing numbers! :clap3: Well deserved for an incredible performance.

Great show but the viewership only went up from 24 million average during the game to 27 million for the big show.  The prior game had the same average of 24 million without the fancy show ? So all the fuss and the viewership only went up 3 million and they spent 150 million for it.  That is pitiful and someone needs to lose their job...:biblio:

They should really invest in Taylor to get them viewers up.

I guess they didn't check on Cowboy Carter's performance before booking her.

Sorry but why do people keep trying to compare network to streaming? Is it media illiteracy or purposeful misinformation? Or maybe still trying to cope for that #2

Actually it's a good thing that the viewership rose at all during the halftime, since it's unusual. To quote @Wicked's post from the other thread:

Normally the halftime has less viewers than the rest of the game, lol. Rarely do they have an uptick in viewership during the HT.

2020 in particular was a major dip.

Detailing Minute-to-Minute Viewership Totals for Super Bowl LV

Usher actually caused a 6M viewer uptick but that's like, rare. People be changing the channel during HT lowkey :rip:

(Not that the Super Bowl halftime is completely comparable to this one, but it's the closest reference point we have)

27 million viewers yet none of them helped any of the CC songs chart on spotify, why?

Yeah... that is insane. What's the point of doing something like this if not a single soul cares about what you're promoting? :deadbanana:

This site is ******* delusional, this is a major success and was a success for the NFLs goals to make the Christmas game(s) must watch. People tuned in via Netflix from all over the world and they gained viewership in their home base (still 95% of their focus) on a paid streaming service :deadbanana4:

Oh really? Hmm I thought maybe Harlequin would have given you a clue.

OT : good numbers. I expected her to cause a dip of numbers in the US but have a increase ww because of some of us, Hive members watching from abroad.

So a 10%+  increase in viewers during a Halftime show where viewership usually DROPS is… "pitiful"? For a completely brand new concept for sports television and FIRST attempt for a Christmas Game Day. And one of the first NFL Football Games ever to be brought to streaming where it isn't FREE on cable. And that's "pitiful"?

I can tell some of y'all don't have bills, because wtf is this? :ahh:

No wonder she stopped promoting in general. :deadbanana2:

I'm sure the Netflix execs considered Taylor as an option, but decided against it after being dragged to the Eras tour by their spoilt brat daughters and having to witness her performing live on stage.

This performance was right before Grammy voting cutoff, plus I'm sure the album will increase in numbers and maybe even re enter the charts. Bey knows what she's doing.
