I'm a little late to the air fryer game :jonny:  I've had a microwave/air fryer for years but I only used it a couple times and only used it to make steak and heat up chicken wings so they're still nice and crispy. but this is my first personal air fryer and I plan on using it A LOT :jonny: Tonight i'm gonna make some burgers and fries (and maybe some veggies) for me and my mom and try and fry up chicken wings tomorrow. what are some things you guys like making with yours? and youtubers you follow? let's talk about it! :jonny:

There qre so many recipes online. Look them up.

Good luck with cleaning it tho. It's a nightmare :sosad:

I don't really follow much YouTubers, but if there's a food I'm interested in, I'll usually look it up on TikTok to see if there's an air fryer version and I usually find one.

But I agree, chicken is very good with an air fryer. I've made orange chicken using the air fryer and they always turn out so crispy. :smitten: I also use it for dessert, I like to make deep-fried Oreos.

I don't have a grill and love steaks so mainly that. But mine is a ninja air fryer/grill.

Roasted veggies are also amazing. I haven't tried baking on it.

You can make anything and everything with it. It's the speed of a microwave with the crispiness of a toaster oven.

a life changing appliance!

it's a convection oven. so anything you can cook in an oven, you can cook in an air fryer.

i usually use it for:

potatoes

veggies (frozen or not)

chicken breasts

any individually packed frozen fish fillets

whatever frozen food i want to quickly cook (hamburger patties, egg rolls).

it just makes quick meals a lot easier to do.

Grilled fish, roasted chicken, even fried tofu

I love mine, much easier to clean than pan fry which makes oil splashes everywhere

Nachos. Bacon wrapped mozzarella sticks. Munchy foods.

usually simple things work best for me but i was brave and roasted lamb in my air fryer to bring to a friends christmas gathering, it was so easy and turned out perfect  :WAP:

the easiest is to cut up a potato in the shape of fries, season them and make them. Nice and healthy fries.

Meatballs are my go-to quick meal to cook in it.

I'm also late to the air fryer game and hate that I didn't use it more sooner. Now   I pretty much make anything that can fit in it.

Pizza toast

Literally everything. Season it, search for the time/temperature online, and dump it in.

Idk the food tastes cooked but never good. We were obsessed with it the first few months and then we stopped using it completely and just went back to cooking from scratch and eating out lol

Most frozen foods you can get at a bulk store are good for the air fryer... corn dogs, eggrolls, fries, fried shrimp/fish/lobster...

Honestly, the best use for an air fryer for me is reheating. Pizza reheated in the air fryer is much better than the oven or microwave.

I mostly use it to make breakfast or a quick snack. My favorite is granola. It gets crispy quickly and you don't have to worry about it being undercooked or getting burnt like you would if you baked it in the oven. :rip:
