Burn Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago The way so many of yall are assuming it's an announcement of an announcement when there could very well be something dropping on 1.14. We just don't know.

Popboi. Posted 13 hours ago Posted 13 hours ago 7 hours ago, Disconnect said: PS: All the people saying a tour will be boring and will "flop", are just like the ones who were saying the same thing about the Reneigh World Tour, which sold out stadiums OUTSIDE of the US and is still the second highest-grossing female tour of ALL TIME, at almost 600M in revenue and just behind the iconic Eras Tour; and this is just because Bey did only 56 dates, while Taylor did 149, meaning that Bey would have grossed 1.5 Billion if she had done the same number of dates and if we applied a rule of three to the equation. Bey grossed $600m from 56 and Taylor grossed $1b from 60, don't forget tour gross outside US and main cities in Europe are far lower. Doing 3 stadium tours so close to each other could backfire on anyone, even for Beyoncé, so logistically makes no sense to tour for all 3 acts in the same extend instead of pulling a bigger than RENAISSANCE tour for both CC and act iii.
Mornings Posted 12 hours ago Posted 12 hours ago If it's not act iii, imagine waiting half a decade or more to release that music. It's going to be almost impossible for it to not sound stale

We know CC was supposed to come out before Renaissance, but she was still working on it just a few weeks before release.
Cbreezy Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago IMO, it's one of two scenarios: Scenario 1: It's a CC tour or residency. The announcement will be a straightforward dates drop and ticket info. And it's basically confirmation that it's 3 albums and 3 tours. Scenario 2: It's Act III. Some kind of combo of music, tour, and/or visuals. I see a lot of people shooting down the idea based on the Cowboy vibe of the trailer. But it easily could be getting off one horse and hopping onto the other and Act III is activated. It's not far-fetched at all. Live Nation reshared it, but interestingly so did Netflix. Sidebar: More than happy to eat humble pie, but I struggle to believe she's going to stretch this all out as much as some think. I'm seeing 2027/2028 "before the visuals" theories. I think this whole thing she's doing has to balance going at her own pace while maintaining audience interest. Premiering the BMS, Cuff It etc videos 3-4 years later is wild. And it's all pretty wild as is lol.

AvadaKedavra Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago Here for a small american tours with some worldwide locations and then the final act announcement or surprise release
Hexchromatica Posted 10 hours ago Posted 10 hours ago Where is the critical thinking to assume it's anything but a tour
Hexchromatica Posted 10 hours ago Posted 10 hours ago (edited) 13 hours ago, bync said: Exactly! It makes more sense to tour once the iii acts are out. Touring RNS was fine because it was kind of a standalone album, but touring CC feels incomplete. this logic makes no sense to me, CC is absolutely standalone and will embrace country the same way Renaissance embraced disco, house and dance Edited 10 hours ago by Hexchromatica

Trent W Posted 10 hours ago Posted 10 hours ago I think a Residence would be a lot smarter If she's gonna do a WW tour again for the album that has found the least success in all her discography after having a massive world tour just a year ago sounds reckless
Feanor Posted 10 hours ago Posted 10 hours ago If it's really a CC tour, it would be a gag if she did a 360° stage set up with a Rodeo themed show.
Trent W Posted 10 hours ago Posted 10 hours ago Laso the visuals don't make sense, she didn't release the ones from Renaissance when the era was over She's just committed to release everything after the 2 acts

Yeah the singles were fresh sounding but some of the album tracks definitely sounded pre pandemic to me. So idk I just dont get the strategy to have all this music recorded and stretch it out for a decade

Touring with a dance album still allowed her to perform her old discography without it clashing with RNS. Making a country show would mean new arrangements for the rest of the discography which is hard to do and very easy to f*ck up. If she tours ONLY CC and Renaissance, it will not sell in the GP. Of course the logic makes sense. Edited 8 hours ago by bync

She already did three stadium tours between 2014-2018. Don't worry about her so much, she will be fine. 1
Jay07 Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago Just because it's a tour announcement, it doesn't mean nothing else can be released between now and the summer. Maybe it's my own impatience because I didn't get as much mileage out of CC as I did out of Rennie but I'd love for her to close out the project instead of dragging it out for another 2-3 years with increasingly diminishing results.
