Her supporters say the people that believe him are dumb but it seems to be only they/us that realize the context, undertones, and background because we READ all the details and fineprint. They haven't read **** and severely lack critical thinking skills. They talk about him mentioning her baby on her breast but she had just given birth in February 2023, she invited him over her house multiple times, she was comfortable enough to nurse her baby infront of him, had him play wi/ her newborn, even taking pictures. This happened during pre-production. Before this audio, she sent him a text joking about inserting suppositories inside her ***!na! Why would she be so confortable sharing that w/ him? Do her supporters not know we have these screenshots on file atp? Like, wtf is this text?

I think her supporters are too bias and in denial. They haven't read up on all the evidence that's come out. Sooner or later they'll have to change their mind leading up to the trial, unless Blake/Ryan or someone decides to settle. Best outcome is this goes to trial and Justin absolutely obliterates them in court and gets vindicated in the public eye.

Watching folks say he was being flirtatious in that voice memo shows me how utterly insane, lonely and sexless most of the internet is. 

It was 2am, that was exhausted to hell and back. He had to save his movie. That ***** wasn't picking up his calls so a voice memo was the next best alternative, which is why he says in the beginning "you're probably sleeping". Mind you Blake's psychotic posts about her dragon and sexual post about suppositories in her ass went unchecked.

Instead of the professional actor she expected, her co-star was a billionaire friend of Justin, and the set was chaotic, with people walking in and out during filming. Despite raising concerns, Justin ignored her boundaries. Throughout filming, she repeatedly voiced her discomfort to the production company and distributor. Ultimately, external mediation was needed to establish terms under which the project could continue, allowing the film to be completed. However, Justin, worried that Blake might sue him, hired Johnny Depp's PR team to initiate a smear campaign against her. I am also quite new to this. I heard about a scandal back in August but thought it died down. But I just listened to a podcast by NYT today regarding the issue. So, according to what I have heard so far, it seems like there is a smear campaign against Blake Lively though she does not seem to get much support from social media.

 

Am I missing anything? I'd like to read more about this. Also, is the investigation by NYT trustworthy?

Sweetie, someone who's been spending too much time on the case here. The NYT podcast from today is despicable propaganda. They're doubling down on their original spin, probably in order to save themselves from the lawsuit JB filed against them. 
 

Short version, that virtually EVERYONE who's looked into the evidence agrees on. The odious couple tried to creatively and financially hijack the movie franchise. Part of this manipulation effort was cobbling together a BS harassment narrative behind the scenes, as a cudgel to wield in negotiations with Sony (if you don't do X, I'll go public with my claims). Literally none of those claims hold up under scrutiny. 
 

Then, during promotion, she sparked a giant backlash by being an insensitive moron (sidelining the issue of DV and otherwise being insufferable in full view).

 

Career in peril, she pulled the trigger on going public with the "claims" about SH, and added to the fantasy that JB had amplified negative stories about her. 
 

He has fought back, dropping lawsuits that lay out the dynamics in great detail. 
 

ALL evidence points to him being a deeply good and serious person, while she is manipulative, greedy, frivolous and dishonest. Scores of past coworkers have confirmed this, as has the growing mountain of evidence.
