this person is taylor fan. it's not worth the watch or even a click.

Taylor Swift isn't mentioned in the video.

And someone being a Taylor Swift fan doesn't automatically discredit any opinion they might have on a legal case that has nothing to do with her.

Well… it's not the Livelyologist channel so I'm not seeing it personally but oh well.

And fyi… this queen drags anyone that needs dragging, including Taylor.

:suburban:

I don't really have a solid opinion on the case… but Justin doesn't actually refute any of the claims made by Blake in his lawsuit. That's why he's suing the NYT Times and not Blake herself.

The NYT hasn't lost a court case like this in 50 years. He's doing this for PR… not because he thinks he can actually win.

Not really sure what the issue is?

Give it a watch… going by how frequently you're posting in this thread you are clearly VERY invested in this case.

No one is going to a random Swiftie for legal tea, ESPECIALLY Swiftologist. This person is always extremely biased in their opinions and goes by 0 logic. He always references HMHAS as "Hit Me Hard and Flop" and says its the biggest flop of the year :deadbanana: I will NOT be watching that unironically. No thank you.

Is this not also a smear campaign? Swiftness are re-tweeting and quoting this account, trying to make the tweet go viral. The problem is, the account seems to be a bot account for Blake Lively and the comments are posted from what seems to be a phantom Instagram account. I see Leslie Sloane, Harvey Weinstein's old PR, is working hard for Blake. Is this not what Lively accused Baldoni of?

There seems to be massive boy activity from both sides rn. Folks are media literate and PR savy enough to recognize the play here. These details weren't in Blake's NYT piece, first complaint, nor her official lawsuit. This is exactly what happened at the start of the original film launch. Twitter accounts fanning the flames of a feud between the cast members. Entire accounts going viral daily questioning why no one was doing press w/ Justin, TikTok creators saying they got DMs saying everyone hated him, etc. Then, the Lively supporters want me and others to blindly support her when stuff like this is happening in my face. Come on now...

Everyone is aware of how huge HMHAS was… but he just didn't take to the music. Neither did I and I'm usually a fan of Billie's work.

Anyways.

Anyways.

That's not the point. The point is his bias towards Taylor Swift has made him completely impartial and biased towards Billie after the whole fiasco this summer. So no, I will not be listening to someone so easily influenced by anything related to Taylor and we can see in this thread by all the Swifities up Blake's ass, that just being a friend of Taylor created a bias for them.

I don't really think you watch his content if this is genuinely your take… ? :doc:

Anyways, who he is doesn't matter, it's what he's actually discussing in the video that I wanted to highlight… I assume you've not watched it so there's no point in discussing. Lol

I think we just need to take a step back and look at what's going here from a wide angle… ideally we'd want to stay away from having a repeat of the Amber Heard situation. People are so ready to attack women for the smallest of discrepancies… and sure, Blake is irritating, rude and I'm not saying she's not done wrong here but I do think there's way more sketchiness on the Justin Badloni side of this debacle.

Obviously this story is going to keep unfolding but I'm seeing a lot more people take Justin's "side" here and it just REAKS of what happened with Johnny Depp.

If we don't want a repeat of the Amber Heard situation, the solution is easy, DON'T LIE. Johnny Depp was able to get away unscathed because there were so many lies in Amber Heard's story that no one could tell what was the truth or not, and if you make yourself unbelievable then no one is going to believe anything. Blake Lively misrepresenting a lot of incidents and overdramatizing them is a bad look. If Justin Baldoni was really that bad she wouldn't need to stretch the truth to make every situation look worse than it was.

Blake's problem essentially saying "This person stole money from me" but then you find out the money stolen was actually a dollar in quarters Justin B. used to pay a toll while using her car with permission. Context is incredibly important and something as serious as this should not be viewed in black and white.

The reality is… nobody is a perfect victim. That's fiction. It's a myth.

The point I'm making is that the internet has a throbbing boner for destroying women. The Johnny/Heard trial was historic because moving that trial into the public court created a tsunami of hate for Heard. I don't think I've ever seen a public figure - on that scale - get the kind of treatment that she did. And for the most Johnny walked away with a lot of support - despite his abuse being documented.

I'm not "team Blake" as such because I don't know enough about the details and the lawsuits (there are more than two at this point) to render an opinion… nobodies hands are clean but the online reaction to this lawsuit is concerning… and I spectacle it was done more so for publicity rather than anything else…

I guess Swiftologist is the new Blaire White for the 2020s. Why can't we escape that twink's horrific visage? Like no one likes him on here. Stop posting him.

I just read his entire 85 page complaint against the Times. She sounds horrific beyond words.

At least the movie did well and everyone made money?

He sounds like a good person from what I can glean; it's awful what she's done to him.

Say what you want about the Swiftologist but I've been watching his content for years now and whilst he can be forthcoming and in your face, he's very intelligent, well-researched and unbiased. To claim otherwise is to make your own narrative and believe it.

If you lack understanding about something or someone, maybe just keep an opinion to yourself. What I see a lot on here is people just spitting anything they want, regardless of whether it's true. It's bizarre.

Anyway. I agree that Blake, whilst not innocent, is clearly the victim of a smear campaign here. And I hope this plays out in her favour.

Notice how I'm not commenting/stating an opinion on things I'm NOT informed about? A skill I learnt in kindergarten! Hope this helps!

Are we really comparing a Taylor Swift fan to a conservative grifter who has spent her entire career trying to throw the rest of her community under the bus for the best part of a decade? Literal brain rot.

If you girls were actually engaging with the POINTS raised in the video then we can have a discussion but no, ya'll are straight up not buying into because he likes a pop star - wild.

This is again, looking at it in a very black and white way. The internet is not just trying to destroy women, but the internet is starting to be wary of SA cases due to the fact that the man will always be presumed guilty until proven innocent.

Justin has already gotten dropped from his agency, etc. so yes, people are going to be EXTRA critical of any lie from Blake because she literally knew her allegation would ruin this man's career. Amber Heard has eternally ****** women in Hollywood by going after one of the most known/loved actors and having her testimony be full of lies. It very much seemed like she was trying to ruin his career and tried to make things much worse than they seemed.

Now every single case will be dissected in the same manner. If you are the accuser the internet will go through everything you say word for word and if there's any lies and consistencies it will get blown up.

Blake absolutely should NOT come out of this unscathed if she is misrepresenting the truth. She is actually trying to ruin this man's life, not even just career. This man would be known as a predator for the rest of his life. She absolutely deserved all the lashings for the lying.

Clearly you don't get the reference. Blaire White was ATRL #1 youtuber and influencer back in the day. She was posted on here constantly like Miss Swiftologist who for some reason, y'all want to make happen on ATRL. As I said, general consensus of that twink is that he is biased and has tragic takes that boils down to whether Taylor likes or dislikes the person in question.

I'm sorry that my Muntology is too aware of that Swiftologist lacks any journalist integrity, rizz, sleeps in Ohio and is just a 2000s drama farmer wrapped in a 2020s gift wrap. No Cap. I am sorry that Swiftologist is your outlet for Celebrity tea and hot takes but, like maybe Level Up to a skibidi toilet. Maybe if he had a Gyatt and didn't have that negative aura, I would listen.

The way it realistically should have flopped. Everyone involved should have taken their bag and ran tbh.
