Vermillion Posted Saturday at 02:35 PM Posted Saturday at 02:35 PM Blake is mad that casting agents and producers are now avoiding her like the plague for her selfish behavior and wants to flip the script. The real sexual harassment she indeed experienced will tragically not be taken as seriously because of the real selfish reasons she's pursuing this, which is that her career is over. Not everyone has scab and picket-line breaking Ryan Reynolds' money to keep them warm at night. I hope she's happy. 6 1

I'm just genuinely curious where the two of them go from here no matter how the case goes, seeing as this has completely overshadowed the film's legacy permanently. 1

stoopidjenna Posted Saturday at 02:41 PM Posted Saturday at 02:41 PM This article confuses me, it says several times that the movie flopped but it was a huge hit? Anyhow, my sense is that there is no clear person in the wrong here, seems like the two just didn't get along and it escalated. But the thing that has me slightly more sympathetic towards Justin is how Ryan seemed to be constantly on this project even though he had no official position. Like if it were just Justin vs Blake I'd say Justin had more power in the situation as the director. But seems like it was Justin vs. Blake & Ryan and Ryan has a whole machine behind him to drive his own blockbuster movies and business ventures that Blake is clearly leveraging. 4

He looks a lot more black than white. OT: Complicated case 1

All it takes is a few unlikable allegations and suddenly they're the devil !!! the girls are susceptible to believing anything. these grown ass men learned from johnny depp and now use the internet to garner support when they know they're guilty. just really hope that blake will be okay during this.

wastedpotential Posted Saturday at 02:51 PM Posted Saturday at 02:51 PM I guess we'll have to see, but it will be very interesting to see how she's able to provide evidence that he and his people tried to mastermind her hate-train, and how something like that (basically stan-world adjacent) works its way through the legal system. As for the allegations of him walking around set showing people porn or whatever, then that would explain some of the internecine mess during the promo cycle. We'll have to see more when this comes to light, but I don't think she'd file something like this if she didn't think she had a case, because this was basically settled ancient history 4

What happened I asked Google Gemini and here's what the AI said: The movie "It Ends With Us" has faced controversy due to its portrayal of domestic abuse and the decision of the protagonist, Lily, to maintain a relationship with her abusive partner, Ryle, for the sake of co-parenting their child. Some critics argue that this decision is unrealistic and sends a harmful message to survivors of abuse, suggesting that they should prioritize the abuser's well-being over their own. Others criticize the film for romanticizing the toxic relationship between Lily and Ryle, potentially minimizing the severity of domestic abuse. Additionally, some find the casting choices and certain plot points to be problematic. 3
wantedyoutogrow Posted Saturday at 02:53 PM Posted Saturday at 02:53 PM (edited) also the whole "white women this, white women that" narrative that some of y'all already tried to spin really doesn't work here and is simply rooted in misogyny but again I don't expect y'all to care cause at the end of the day this forum is mostly full of men (me included) Edited Saturday at 02:54 PM by wantedyoutogrow 11 5

Broken Posted Saturday at 03:15 PM Posted Saturday at 03:15 PM Wtf The lawsuit lists the demands that were addressed ... she says because of Baldni's conduct. Among those demands -- no more showing nude videos or images of women to Blake, no more mention of Baldoni's alleged previous "*****graphy addiction," no more discussions about sexual conquests in front of Blake and others, no further mentions of cast and crew's genitalia, no more inquiries about Blake's weight, and no further mention of Blake's dead father.
