Basically, Justin and his team did NOT have a day off during the holidays because girl.... he came out with 85 PAGES LONG of receipts (the lawsuit is detailed in those 85 pages) Even comparing text messages that prove she had ALTERED the actual conversations on her phone between her and the producer.

1.She denied attending the intimacy coordinator session. Was MIA during the session which Justin attended.

2. She'd INVITED him to her trailer over text stating she's TOPLESS and breastpumping. Not the other way around. He has texts that prove that.

3. He showed her a photo of his own wife giving birth. Nothing sexual.

4. Porn addiction story was basically him discussing his own addiction in a memoir/book or something. Blake and Ryan's team basically dug up the story to ruin his rep.

5. He published some screenshots of her DEMANDING her character to be wearing more revealing clothing. And her basically declining clothing options selected by designers.

6. Her and Ryan invited him to their own penthouse only for them to threaten him and yell at him.

7. Ryan showing up to the workplace to yell at him infront of the cast demanding his wife "will get her way". When he had a back injury and approached someone to ask about her weight.

8. He has WITNESSES. She basically took over the entirety of the film direction whilst the Justin guy was being threatened by Ryan.

Anyways there' more evidence, I've seen some clips of people on YouTube and tiktok discussing them. But the lawsuit is LONG.

Oh he's basically suing for 250 million which is the added net worth of both Ryan and Blake, apparently :rip:

This is not juicy as much as it is sad. But will slightly change some things in Hollywood moving forward. I always thought the whole " Always believe women" was somewhat dangerous. Because until a girl like Blake shows up, she'll set back actual victims so MUCH.

Her and Ryan are going to struggle. Justin was dropped by his agency. He can do some serious damage because he has evidence. Anyways, we'll see what will happen though... because so far he's miles ahead of them with evidence and proof whilst their case talks about "Emotional distress" of the family... and ESPECIALLY Ryan which is... really strange.

Oh my, not Ms. Lively trying it and Justin swiftly denying it.

I'm chuckling at the fact that the movie was trashed by fans and critics because of the ugly clothes BL was wearing, and it turns out she chose them all herself

The reality is that everyone acknowledges a smear campaign against Blake happened. In the end, best of luck to Baldoni and his publicist in court, they're going to need all the help they can get. :gaycat5:

Blake getting countersued soon enough and the NYT will likely settle due to their shady tactics.

And Justin was the bad guy if he told her this looked terrible? On top of being incredibly tacky, the garments really don't flatter her in any way

Swifties are actually embarrassingly unstable. Had a discussion with some of them and they defy logic so them siding with vile people while stanning probably the fakest and most attention-seeking artist in music right now is just not shocking.

The irony and lack of self awareness… let's not dig into your countless meltdowns and baffling reasonings in the Disease thread

I read the source material, and it's full of nothing burgers from Justin's lawyer. I actually have to laugh. You can clearly tell they were panicking when Jennifer Abel got fired and had to hand in her phone and laptop in the presence of a lawyer. They've probably all been in a panic since August.

Blake's material is full of nothing paninis. Mad about the PGA credit and book rights.

In a way, her material focuses even more on the retaliation than the harassment itself. If Justin hadn't started his smear campaign, we might never have known what happened. It's interesting how he dug his own grave. :gaycat7:

Go have those conversations with your fellow sexual harasser defenders, who thought people like Peter Thiel is someone to roost for :rip:. He's literally worse than Elon.

Gurl, you read nothing. Blake's claims Justin sexual harassed her, while Justin's version of the events is that Blake (and Ryan) is a demanding *****. Like, in his 85 pages of fillers, he can't even address half of what Blake claimed. :deadbanana4:
Being mad about PGA credit and book right is not a rebuttal to sexual harassment claim. I seriously can't stress that enough.

It's pretty alarming how some of you are so quick to attack Blake AGAIN after that PR firm was exposed for manipulating all of us into dogpiling on her because Justin paid them to do so. Some of you are really just looking for the smallest reasons to hate on a woman. At least wait a bit to see how this plays out before immediately attacking her again. Some people truly never learn…

Peter is not worse than Elon. "gurl you read nothing" but clearly you read nothing either because Justin's version of events is that Blake twisted the narrative to support her own. Demanding ***** seems to be your assessment!

I seriously can't stress this enough - claiming that actions taken out of context are sexual harassment when you suddenly aren't getting your way is not a rebuttal to a PGA credit and book rights dispute.

Blake Lively and her husband have all the power. She never had to show back up to work again if she didn't want to. She even asked Justin to support her PGA campaign. What a monster huh?

Even if some of its real harassment, which I believe, and which will ultimately ruin Justin's future in Hollywood, the fact that's she claiming the rest is is what loses her the PR war regardless of the outcome of this case.

But what's quoted above is ultimately what sinks her.

Imho Blake wasn't getting her way and Ryan's bullying wasn't working either but she was genuinely sexually harassed in at least two instances, but she was pissed so she then decided to blow up the sexual harassment to include events that don't fit the legal classification, thus discrediting the original accusations with many observers and a lot of the public.

And you bought the Justin's spins again like it's Koolaid. So what's more likely here: A man harassed a woman and then destroyed her credibility to silent her? Or she made up a whole sexual harassment narrative even back when they were filming to fight over PGA credit and book rights dispute (which he has always owned)?

Either way they would have to prove it in court. Justin can claim his texts were taken out of context all they want (and the context he claimed was that they were "sarcastic" :rip: while discussing how to destroy Blake's reputation and planting stories. I can't believe you all actually bought that "we were just joking" excuse).

You do realize you are joining the Johnny Depp/Dr.Luke/Pitt sexual harasser's defenders league girlies, right :rip:? Of course you would hope Blake is that much of a psycho ***** to roost against, otherwise you are just another sexual predator's enabler.

Like, Blake was not the only one who filed sexual harassment complaint against Justin. And the whole cast sided against him. :deadbanana4: Do you seriously think "Blake and Ryan being Hollywood power couple" is big enough of an excuse to make all that happen?

I don't get it either, and it keeps happening. Take the topic about the Diddy and Jay-Z case for example: the focus quickly shifted away from the serious allegations to pointless arguments about whether the woman involved was Beyoncé or JLo. It's bizarre.

Now, with Blake, she was harassed at work, and then they hired a smear campaign company to destroy her reputation. If I were her, I'd be furious.

The smear campaign is still ongoing, which makes sense, considering how many companies have their hands in this mess. They're desperate to win, no matter the cost.

This really is Johnny Depp vs Amber Heard all over again huh. The actual legality of the case doesn't matter as much as the PR narrative. it's wild to see how the pendulum swings from one side to the other even in this thread. I wonder how both Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni's careers will be after all of this.

Probably. I truly believe a woman can't win a PR battle like this without an army of fans. Amber Heard didn't have enough fans, and Blake Lively doesn't either. She's just lucky that some Swifties are interested in the case because Scooter Braun is involved, and the smear campaign tactics are similar to ones used in the past.
