Because they forgot to force their employees to sign an NDA and they think people will just simply tolerate their nastiness behind closed doors.

This is not a good way to handle it   Even if she thinks she did nothing wrong, acting like you're the victim instead of offering some sort of "I'm so sorry they felt that way, that was never my intention" would have come across better.

I think the argument was that the dancers can't file suit against Lizzo, it'd have to be against the production company.
