2 days late, but nonetheless Happy Birthday to one of the best animated series of the 2000s. 

 

 

This show was one of the most important parts of my childhood and I remember it dearly. I really wish we could've gotten a 3rd season and perhaps a final 4th season based on the Book Of Elements arc from the comics (which was the last good one and could've served as an end to the story).

i always thought the animation looked kinda off

the comic art style is so much prettier

 

but still a good show!

I mean I get the argument about artsyle but I think the show was a VAST improvement in terms of story, plot progression, pacing, character development and world building. At least for the two arcs that were adapted for the show.

Lmaooo I remember running to buy the comics after school

 

the animation wasn't that much in my heart, but I was always pretty stoked to watch it

 

I even got some books to read
