BABYMONSTER's focus on hip-hop is a miss. They should be making songs like Lovesick Girls, Playing With Fire etc.

Dasha's album was truly awful. Jelly Roll I like, but it's too much of everything sounding the EXACT SAME.

And the fact that she hired Dr. Luke for the sole purpose of recreating her timeless classic hits from the 2010s and that it miserably failed is so pleasing to see. When you make music with this intention in mind, it can't end up being good music

YAY! I can proudly say I have never listened to any of those 10 worst albums, and that I probably never will.

Paris's album had some cute moments, but when you have two Sia songs, and Sia is lowkey outdoing you, well...

 

I'm not sure if you're praising Witness, but I do think it was good and all the proof that she could do it without Luke (and Bonnie). She just needs a clearer direction. Her biggest failing is that she has the means to work with some great producers/songwriters and deliver a decent product, but she has these wrong convictions about who she is as an artist and who beings the "best" out of her that really stifle her. 

 

Sl*t Pop Miami was a downgrade from the first one, barely a memorable song. Ice Spice's EP was kinda good, but I didn't bother with the album based on those singles.

APT has grown on me so quickly. It just feels like such a happy, and joyous pop song.  The recipe for it was done right, and it deserves all the success and acclaim it got. 

 

Happy to see Cardinal on your list as well, it is top tier on Deeper Well and has something so mysterious to it? Perhaps that's the purpose but everything from the singing, to the production, to the performance all together is great.  

 

Mahmood.. oh man. I want him to destroy me in the best possible way, and then sing in his seductive voice afterwards to go for round two.  Hot and a performer? Double slay.
