From what I understand she was talking about touring, she'll most likely keep doing what she did for Positions and ES, new albums with no tour and 4 months long era

To be fair, touring seems so emotionally and physically daunting unless you like the money enough to put up with that, but she never struck me as the greedy type.

 

She seems very content and peaceful in this new chapter even if It's more low-key than being a pop star, so I wish her nothing but the very best

Remember when Ariana said circa 2013/2014 that she disliked acting and she used it to launch her music career? Lol. She's very of the moment person depending on how she feels about projects she's currently doing. I'm sure she'll be back to music eventually after she explores some acting opportunities. Gives her time to miss it too. I mean it makes sense to strike now when the irons hot with her getting Oscar buzz and Wicked being a smash hit. 

 

And she's makes albums super fast and impulsively anyway. She starting making eternal sunshine immediately after she got home during the temporary break from filming Wicked during the writer's strike. Besides she's currently campaigning for awards and she wants to be taken seriously as an actress so music needs to take a backseat rn.

 

That being said is the deluxe cancelled or what? I don't see her releasing it atp.

Good for her honestly. She's been absolutely beaming the last few months and looks happier than ever while promoting Wicked. She's also a revelation in Wicked. Her comedic timing in particular was fantastic.

 

Would also like to see her take on a dramatic role down the road.

To be fair tho, that was when the pandemic happened and she had nothing else to do.

Pretty sure if COVID never happened she would have been filming Wicked at that time and we'd be onto other movie roles by now (who knows if positions would have even existed)
