Addison Rae - "Diet Pepsi" - The way we all fake stanned her EP, just for her to come out swinging with this pop masterpiece The layerings in the chorus are pop bliss. 9. Porter Robinson - "Cheerleader" - Porter is so consistent. And this fuse of 2000s pop/rock with EDM is everything. 8. FLO - "On & On" - The way they created an R&B classic with this. I'm obsessed with the bridge, and their bridges always eat 7. Chappell Roan - "Good Luck Babe" - She has become so insufferable but this song was IT this spring. Too bad the rest of her newer songs she played live suck. We need pop bops like this. 6. Sophie Ellis-Brextor - "Murder on the Dancefloor" - I heard this for the first time in January and instantly became obsessed. A timeless and classic pop song. I'm still not sick of it TOP 5 SONGS 5. Ariana Grande - "The Boy Is Mine" - instantly my favorite song on her album. It really is a revamped "Fantasize". It deserved to smash over WCBF, but the MV sucked. 4. Sabrina Carpenter - "Espresso" - Song of the summer of 2024. Not much else to say. Although I wish the rest of her album was as poppy as this 3. SZA - "Saturn (Live)" - SZA can do no wrong. This song is Good Days 2.0 for me. So ethereal and timeless. However, she absolutely botched the studio version's chorus. The Mastercard version is 100x better and the only version I use 2. Lady Gaga & Bruno Mars - "Die With a Smile" - Who knew the LG7 lead would scalp me like this We have to give Bruno all his flowers cuz this is so obvious a Bruno sounding classic (with Gaga as a feature nn). SOTY RIHVEAL 1. Billie Eilish - "Birds of a Feather" - I knew this was a classic on first listen. The way it is just hook after hook after hook. And then when the final chorus comes on and she intertwines the Pre + Chorus + Post in one Easily my most played track of the year …. And that almost completes my wrap! Top Albums will be next

Mr. Blue_Shirt Posted December 24, 2024 Posted December 24, 2024 The top 10 and the top 5 are an absolute EAT The way I forgot that SZA also released the live version of Saturn because the OG song always played on loop in my household when the live version outacclaimed, damn

TalkThatRihanna Posted December 24, 2024 Author Posted December 24, 2024 (edited) Well I tried coming up with a Top 10 Album list and I failed So here are some albums I had on Rihpeat (LANA will count for 2025 Best Of ) Ariana Grande - eternal sunshine What a return to form for her. She truly brought out the best in Max after his latest duds he produced. This is such a tight and concise pack of songs. Absolutely made my Q1! Billie Eilish - Hit Me Hard & Soft This is her magnum opus. I don't think she'll be topping it with any future release. The range that this has, the power that this has, the impact that this has, the acclaim that this has…etc Porter Robinson - SMILE :D Probably my favorite DJ/Singer hybrid. He's on a 3 for 3 album run with this. The theme of this era was so unique and there are some discography highlights here. FLO - Access All Areas The best R&B album for the year. They absolutely TORE on this debut. A shame that they haven't taken off. They are so talented and really brought back my favorite R&B of the 2000's I also liked CXOXO but won't be including that for obvious reasons Short N Sweet did nothing for me outside the singles - EICS outbopped. I never liked Brat tbh - CRASH should've had its success. Anyways thanks all for checking my Best Of and happy holidays I'll still be checking out y'all's lists Edited December 24, 2024 by TalkThatRihanna 1

Kiss It Better Posted December 25, 2024 Posted December 25, 2024 HMHAS LANA already making it into next year's list without the year even starting yet
Mr. Blue_Shirt Posted December 26, 2024 Posted December 26, 2024 HMHS, SMILE :D and Access All Areas are soo good Honestly, thank god for Wicked because Ariana never sounds this good on eternal sunshine If she ever released an a cappella album in the future, i would definitely tune in
