Sarah Michelle Gellar has sparked feud rumors with her former co-star Jennifer Love Hewitt, thanks to an awkward interview that went viral.

 

In response to the question, Sarah wore a tight expression and said: 'I have nothing to do with that,' before ending the interview by smiling and walking off.

She gave the interview during the red carpet premiere of her upcoming show Dexter: Original Sin, a prequel to the smash hit Showtime drama Dexter. 

A fan posted the exchange to X, formerly known as Twitter, and exclaimed: 'Look at her face!! She hates her so bad! sksksksk.'

 

The replies were filled with other X users agreeing with the original poster, remarking that Sarah's answer 'seems so shady LOL' and marveling: 'Omg that face.'

while this obviously was not the sweetest reaction to hearing JLH's name, saying anything else about it would get her in trouble again so she just shrugged. she talks about the accidental leak on Kelly and Mark.

 

doubt there's beef but who knows!

Honestly I don't like to speculate about people but she always comes off so annoyed and irritated like… all the time. Loved her as Buffy but I get such awkward vibes whenever I see her interviewed.

Thanks for sharing your perception but SMG is known for being one of the nicest in the industry and one of the most professional "it girl" actresses of her time.

 

She's a strong and assertive woman, which unfortunately reads as "annoyed" or even "bitchy" to some.

I think this interview just confirmed that Jennifer is returning to the reboot. She would have gotten into trouble for leaking the news, so she just tried to walk away. I don't think there was any tension towards Jennifer.

Eh. She probably can't speak on that and/or literally she has nothing to do with what JLH decides to do lol. If Julie does come back I hope she's a victim. The fake-outs of the previous movies warrant it and we don't need to extend the plot for her. Give the new cast some space to shine.
