I think they see each other as partners, but have never officially gotten married or even engaged from what we know. It would make lots of sense on Rih's part (financially and logically) not to get married to ASAP. He may be handsome, but he is reckless and foolish (as shooting his former friend has shown). It's not like having children with a man like that makes it easier, but to be tied legally to someone like that is a liability for her in the long term.

They all have kids with these men, only if Rih were to separate with ASAP now it would mean simply walking away without legal procedures to nullify their relationship. And divorces, from what I've seen, are mostly messy so at least she'd have that. In any case none of this matters they're all dummies for having relationships with these men.
