This is what workers deserve period, at the minimum. Her truck drivers getting $100,000 bonus on top of their salary for instance. This kind of money helps lift people up, it changes lives. In the world we live in that’s not always a given that workers are given a proper share of the wealth they help generate so they can live their lives well. So I’m glad her & her team made sure the employees are treated nicely and compensated well. I hope other people who find success follows this lead

This is over 10% of her net worth btw. People can come and try to downplay this or make backhanded comments but this is literally unprecedented in the industry and will meaningfully change these people's lives. She always goes the extra mile to do things the right way.

Beyoncé gave 5k and a signed card…I'm pretty sure she could afford more. She got a 25% of eras tour but have in bonus less than $1 M overall not $50 M
