if the facts are on her side and persuasive enough to a jury (considering it's a civil not a criminal case) , she should and likely will drain him of a big chunk of his money

 

having said that, no one other than she and him will know the true validity of these claims. and it's expected that when they are able to nail a high profile person like Diddy with real facts and evidence, related to way back past events as well as things he was actively doing in the past couple years (i.e. Cassie) , there's always a chance that this is a just a person who is looking for a payday and going after someone who was affiliated with Diddy during the heyday of his crimes. i hope it's not true, but a jury will decide not me ! what's gross is people using this as an opportunity to drag Beyoncé. every other day it's a new rule as to whether or not women are responsible for the actions of men they're partnered with or not. and none of yall are investigators, insiders, or know anything beyond news headlines. only braindead morons and troglodytes are in here to essentially  CELEBRATE  a potential sexual assault as a way to knock Beyoncé … and that says enough about a lot of yall !
