Burn Posted December 14, 2024 Posted December 14, 2024 Quote Buzbee says he is continuing to vet her claims. "Jane Doe's case was referred to our firm by another, who vetted it prior to sending it to us," he told NBC News in an email. ***** byeeeee maybe Buzbee should've done his due diligence before filing the claim. What a farce. 5

There's been rumors/ stories/ blinditems of him doing things like this since the 90s. There are rappers who were associated with jay who have said it. Theres jokes about it in other songs. There was a woman who had a son at 15 when jay was in his 30s who looks just like jay. Jay has been stalling that dna test for a decade im not saying Beyonce should be punished for it, but cmon, she obviously would know too "She obviously would know too" Do you know how many literal SERIAL KILLERS turned out to be married men with children whose wives had no idea what was going on? You can't just say that she "obviously knew" without any evidence. Yall take this stanning **** way too far. Edited December 14, 2024 by KingBeyonce. 3 1
Wicked Posted December 14, 2024 Posted December 14, 2024 (edited) Not a good look. Quote Among the inconsistencies: The woman said her father picked her up after the alleged sexual assault, but he says he doesn't recall that. The woman also claims she spoke to a celebrity at the after-party where she said she was sexually assaulted, but that celebrity said he was not in New York at that time. And images from that evening show Jay-Z, whose real name is Shawn Carter, and Sean "Diddy" Combs at a different location than the one the woman described, although their whereabouts for the entire evening are unclear. Shelter Posted December 14, 2024 Posted December 14, 2024 Mess it's falling apart. Her own dad saying he would remember if this happened Quote According to their address at the time, her father would have driven more than five hours from their home to pick her up. So 5 hours drive to pick her up, and 5 hours back. It would also mean her friend drove her 5 hours to the venue. Hmm Also this Quote The woman also claims she spoke to a celebrity at the after-party where she said she was sexually assaulted, but that celebrity said he was not in New York at that time. 2
PrettyHurts Posted December 14, 2024 Posted December 14, 2024 I read the story of what she says happened in the documents on Sunday, and it sounded it very improbable to me for several reasons. This new article is a disaster for the accuser and I'm not sure why she and the attorney would even speak to the press if there are so many inconsistencies and zero evidence. Being driven from Rochester to NYC by your 20 year old friend at 13, going to the party alone, having no idea where the party took place, the dad not remembering picking her up and driving to NYC and back to get here. It's all a mess 6 1
Burn Posted December 14, 2024 Posted December 14, 2024 The fact that she suggested a polygraph is suspicious tbh. Even Mr. Buzbee said that in his whole career he's never had a client who has suggested doing a polygraph before, so her keenness is bizarre. Almost as if she has practiced polygraph tests and mastered how to manipulate one. And we all know they can be manipulated which is why they're generally not trusted in the legal world. 1 1

Cbreezy Posted December 14, 2024 Posted December 14, 2024 Looks like some of y'all crazies will have egg on their face imminently, as this looks like it's about to be a wrap. Do y'all see why it's imperative to not jump to conclusions? Or start screaming "lock him up" or "divorce him". Imagine? All these dizzy ditzy posts about his time has come and now it's very much giving "it was a lie, it was all a lie". 1 5

The ALLEGED victim should be heard but people should not be quick to judge or point fingers until the case has been tried. But then again, some of yall LOVED dragging Tyler Perry and Ricky Martin and praying for their 'victims' only to go completely mute when those went no where. None of these people know you and you are getting no clout. Sorry. Yep, it's sick how people will be quick to tear people down over a false accusation, and when the lie gets exposed people are silent. Or even worse make excuses to believe the liar. You can tell who lacks critical thinking skills. 1
Shelter Posted December 14, 2024 Posted December 14, 2024 She said she spoke with The Madden brothers (Good Charlotte) that night, but they said they weren't there, they were on tour. I looked it up, they were in Chicago on tour that night. So she just made that whole convo up in her head. Jesus 2 2 1

They're not admissible. So, it's literally not worth the paper it's printed on (legally speaking). There have been killers whose DNA has proven them guilty who have passed or delivered inconclusive results on a polygraph. It also doesn't account for mental health issues. Someone who crazily believes something that factually didn't happen could technically still pass a polygraph as it tracks "lying" as sudden jolts/changes in heart rate and countenance. 1

Rotunda Posted December 14, 2024 Posted December 14, 2024 I am curious at the kind of cavalier way the dad dismissed the allegations. Regardless of the veracity of the claims, I can't imagine a (good) dad being so flippant about whether or not it happened. 2

J-esper Posted December 14, 2024 Posted December 14, 2024 Oh wow this new info from the father and also meeting Good Charlotte member story not adding up. A mess only to go to the press and admit inconsistenties.
LegaMyth Posted December 14, 2024 Posted December 14, 2024 So, that 1-800 lawyer really got a slow b***h to lie and say that she was r****. That lawyer needs to be in jail. 1 1 2

Title should have "Admits inconsistencies" I wouldn't have posted the new story in the OP to begin with according to your theory. And the reasons why Jay-Z hasn't been given the benefit of the doubt nor deserved it has been unpacked for dozens of pages in this thread. Starting with the trigger-happy gloating and ambulance chasing Hive that's never granted the same courtesy to anyone.
