i think it will be a closed settlement where no one can say whether there was payment and how much it was. It may be obliquely referred to in a song though.

Foxy's spent years vehemently denying the gross things said about her and Jay, I think it's wishful thinking on your part to think she has spent years publicly lying about him and will now suddenly start telling a different story. What's the point in these "might" scenarios, when there's no evidence that she will suddenly change her story?

 

I don't have any wishful thinking about this, I want the truth to come out (whatever that may be) and justice to be served to whichever party that is.

Can someone familiar with legal trials help? How can a victim prove she was raped, especially if the assault occurred 25 years ago? It seems unlikely there would be solid evidence after such a long time. Isn't the most likely scenario Jay-Z being declared innocent?

If that was the case, they would have done everything by now already. They can't stop spreading those new its getting more and more exposure now. I believe everything will explode in the next few months with Jayz being in jail.

Between the message that Jay-Z immediately posted the other day, the fact they paid to make it an advertisement on X, Facebook, Instagram. TMZ being on their payroll. The event for a children movie and now Beyoncé offering money to Tony Buzzbee's university, literally everything is a mess it's hilarious.
